  I have been using Home Comfort Systems for 14 years, and over that span of time they have replaced both my furnace and a/c, as well as done some general service calls. They have always been absolutely wonderful. Mike will try to diagnose and explain the problem over the phone and is always very quick to respond. I just had him out again today to replace a failed capacitor in my a/c. While the poor man is working around the clock right now with the heat wave, he still managed to respond immediately and was professional, helpful, and kind. I will continue to use them in the future!

  This company & Steve & Mike who are the owners are seriously the best in the business. I had a new air conditioner installed last May 2025 & when I turned it on during a hot spell in April 2026, it had barely any freon. Steve sent an employee to check it out but Al couldn’t determine whether it was the air conditioner or the line to it that was faulty. Without any questions, Steve approved & had installed a new line & new air conditioner.! You don’t find companies that stand behind their work much anymore, but Steve & Mike do. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else

  I called because my heater wasn't working. Mike asked me to describe the issue and he was able to deduce that the sensor was dirty and it needed to be cleaned. He was honest and said I could probably do it myself instead of having to pay someone to come over. He was very patient and nice over the phone and explained where to look, what screw to focus on, and how to clean the sensor. Honestly I have no experience working with tools or HVACs. But Mike's instructions were easy enough that I was able to get the heater to work again in about 15 minutes. I really appreciated that he took the time out of his busy day to help me, and for free. It is so rare nowadays to find a contractor that will 1.) actually call you back and 2.) genuinely want to help you without trying to upsell you. He's made me a loyal customer for all future issues. Thanks again!

  We had a really positive experience with Steve and his team. After our new furnace was installed, we noticed the second-stage airflow was much louder than expected. Steve and his brother Mike personally came out to take a careful look and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. They rewired and installed the correct thermostat, fine-tuned the furnace settings, and made thoughtful adjustments to the air duct to address an airflow design issue. The system now runs much more smoothly and quietly. We were truly impressed by their honesty and professionalism. They were patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.
