  I noticed that the spring for my garage door had broke, I got on the Door Doctor website and made an appointment for the next day. The process was fast and easy. They were prompt, on time and the Tech they sent was professional and friendly. They had my door fixed in about an hour. Highly recommend this company!

  The amount of things that we did for the ~hour that Mike was here wow, this includes having to do a hard reset could be from lightning, so we installed a search protector, replaced the outside access remote, reprogrammed the remote in my vehicle and installed new cables. Lots of questions asked and answered, Mike is the Doctor with the Door Doctor! You can tell he has over 10 years experience. Great personality I enjoyed our conversations.

Accurate price quote; immediate response; very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service rep; quick resolution of my door problem; and provided complimentary added service (lubricated door joints). Couldn’t be more pleased with total service experience from the Door Doctor.

  Actually Arrived earlier than scheduled but knew on way, TY FOR the email informing he was on his way - Very helpful getting new garage door opener synced w car & extra openers "+ assuring door will go up w/o stopping. Patient w my questions. If ever need Door Doc again, I hope he IS person assigned to call/service. TY, Steve- think I remember name correctly - yikes 😬 One thing hard to use is the 'digital assistant' answering call - finally got appt scheduled & was correct. I'm sure is helpful & time saving to office staff.

  Mike Kline serviced our garage door with tremendous professionalism and great attention to detail. His knowledge and recommendations were greatly appreciated. The work he performed was definitely and without a doubt top notch. When I originally contacted The Door Doctor, I was pleasantly pleased to talk to a person versus leaving a voice message. Also, a service date and time was scheduled. I especially appreciated receiving a designated time for the appointment and not a 4 hour window as most companies do. Automations of email and texts to let me know of the technician's pending arrival was greatly appreciated. The work that was performed was reasonably priced and affordable. I would highly recommend The Door Doctor for any garage door needs.
