  Our service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! Although he was not able to resolve our problem unfortunately, due to the setup of our bathroom and plumbing, he still worked very hard and tried his best without getting frustrated. In the end he was able to offer us other suggestions for resolution. We will have to go with another company that has the machinery that we need, but for follow-up we will definitely go back to Summers simply because of our experience with Gabe!

  They over estimate and price their services by numbers made up in their heads . No hourly rate just thrown out quote by young over paid trainees//Technicians. Charging almost $400 to do two sink drains that didn’t take even 15 mins. I was charged over $8000 to pipe a single-family home? Did not remove all of my old Piping and half did the job Zack .No reason why the prices are so high - just giving out high prices without any reason. Feel ripped off and over charged.

  Highly Recommend!! Summers has saved our household on two separate occasions. Zach is PHENOMENAL, super knowledgeable, informative, and knows what he’s doing. Make sure you call them for any needs. They always impress and take great care, as if it was their own.

  I recently had Summers perform my system’s first annual maintenance and cleaning after a year of operation. The technicians, including Ericand Jacob , provided an excellent service experience from start to finish. Prior to their arrival, they provided a courtesy call, which was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, they were professional, courteous, and took the time to introduce themselves before beginning their work. They conducted a thorough inspection and testing of the system and confirmed that the installation had been completed properly and that all components were functioning as intended. During their final system check before leaving, they discovered that the condenser was not receiving power. Rather than overlooking the issue, they promptly investigated and determined that the breaker had failed. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring the system was operating correctly were truly impressive. I would like to thank Eric, Jacob and the entire Summers team for their prompt response, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Their dedication to doing the job right reflects highly on the company, and I would not hesitate to recommend Summers to others.

  Very positive experience with the replacement of our A/C and furnace by Summers. Throughout the process, Eric and Kyle kept us up to speed with every step of the installation process. All 3 installers - Eric, Jacob, and Kyle - were very friendly and took extra care to make sure they didn't make any messes and actually vacuumed before leaving. The new system is working well and we're glad to have Summers do the installation.
