  Had an outside water spickit take went bad, Gabe looked at it and with confidence said "I can take care of that and have it going real quick " I love when a technician has confidence and knows what they are doing. He had it working within minutes. I highly recommend Summers for the quality work and knowledge, They get it done and get it done right the first time! A+A+A+

  Zachary was really nice and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me all my options so I could make the most informed decision for my family with no pressure tactics. A truly wonderful representative of this company!

  UPDATED from 2 sarts to 4 stars after Summers management promptly and professionally contacted me about my frustration and addressed the issue to my satisfaction 👍 ORIGINAL review: Told them my problem just to have them come over, spend an hour working on selling me other products, then tell me they could not fix my problem. Felt like a waste of time and money

  I was pushed into buying the most expensive Amana HC. After 1 year and 3 months, it is now not working properly. The tech that came would not listen to me about the problem and was unable to resolve the problem. A manager let slip that I had been sold the most Complicated Amana HC unit. I have decided to cut my losses and but a new simple reliable brand AC unit. I spoke with with other AC dealers in Bloomington to request a sales visit and when I mentioned my experience with Summers, the response was, "we hear that a lot". I highly recommend to everyone to NOT purchase any HVAC systems from Summers and do NOT contact Summers for service of any kind.

  Because my new AC from them is under warranty, I am forced to call them for service. Ever employee who comes has been incompetent and often disrespectful. When I asked legitimate questions about the problem, the response often was "I don't know" which is not acceptable. They need to send their employee to Dale Carnegie classes. I called about my thermostat sensor being broken and spoke to a manager who was also disrespectful. He was more interested in defending his employee than he was about expressing a desire to fix them problem. Also, the same experience with plumbing issues. I would strongly encourage everyone to never do business with them!
