  I installed a new furnace and AC system in my home and all I needed was to have the line set ran and refrigerant released and checked along with the drain coming from the a-coil. I was there the whole time helping besides the brazing. Wife and I was shocked seeing a $1900 bill for that!!! I think everything was way overpriced parts included. The technician even burnt the paint off the corner of my condensing unit and had to intervene a couple times on what a straight line looks like. I’m sure Hill and Hill is a good company but with my experience it wasn’t that great. Sorry!

  They don’t run on time. We have scheduled three times for a visit and they never turned up. All I hear back from them is “technicians will call you once they head in that direction” Definitely NO
