Really great small family business. Couldn't ask for better service. Price seemed spot on too.

I cannot say enough good things about Hill & Hill Plumbing & Heating in Bloomington, IL! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. I had a plumbing emergency, and they responded quickly, fitting me into their schedule without hesitation. The technician was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and walked me through the solution step-by-step. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before they left. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary — just honest, reliable service at a fair price. It’s clear that Hill & Hill values their customers and takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and friendly plumbing and heating company in Bloomington, look no further than Hill & Hill Plumbing & Heating. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future
