  Noah and Joe did work on my basement on Thursday and they finished the job Friday I really didn’t have much interaction with them because I was dealing with a emergency but I didn’t have any problems they cleaned up their mess and they stayed in contact if a issue had came up I would recommend foundation recovery for anything because they take care of the customer 1000%

  Robert Todd from Foundation Recovery Systems came out to inspect my basement due to water with heavy rains. He was thorough in his inspection both of the basement as well as checking outside the house for any settling/foundation problems. He explained his findings and recommendations well and was honest about what was or wasn’t needed/didn’t try to sell me on a product I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend to anyone with questions/concerns about their basement or foundation.

  Robert Todd came and explained how the drainage process system would work. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful overall. The crew who came about a week later did a lot of work quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with Alex and Noah not only for their hard work but for their personableness and for explaining everything they were doing. Kudos to all.

  I hired Foundation Recovery Systems to encapsulate my crawlspace. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I feel the quality control has been seriously lacking. The first visit: The vapor barrier was not properly sealed, and debris was left behind under the vapor barrier in the crawlspace. For a job costin as much as it did, I expected the crawlspace to be properly prepared and the vapor barrier installed and sealed correctly the first time. The second visit: None of the issues were addressed from the first visit and when they installed the dehumidifier they cut a hole in the vapor barrier and drained it directly into the dirt. That was not what I expected to see from a professional crawlspace encapsulation company, and it required another return visit. The third visit: A different crew finally came out and corrected the problems that had been identified. At that point, I believed the job had finally been completed correctly. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. I now have to have them come back for a fourth time because the condensate pump they installed is leaking. I currently have a puddle of water on the floor as a result. I have been waiting three days just to find out when they are going to come back and fix it. The biggest problem throughout this process is that I have repeatedly had to inspect the work myself, identify problems, and make sure they were corrected. I paid alot of money for a professional installation—not to become the quality-control person for the project. I understand that problems can occasionally happen during a construction or installation project. What I find unacceptable is the number of problems, the number of return trips required, and the amount of time I've had to spend making sure the work is done correctly. Four visits for a job costing a lot of money for crawlspace encapsulation, with the latest issue being a leaking condensate pump and water sitting on my floor, is extremely disappointing. I expected much better workmanship, communication, and quality control from a company charging this much for the job.

  I called Foundation Recovery Systems for a brick flower bed box separating from my house. Josh Billingsley showed up to inspect the problem. Although it was outside the scope of their work, he stayed and talked me through the problem and possible repairs. He is very honest, friendly and professional. I really enjoyed talking with him and his knowledge about the best solutions for my problem. He could have easily walked away but he didn't. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing foundation repairs.
