  I had a great experience working with Edelman to fix an electrical issue in our home. The electrician Brenton was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services!

  My sump pump failed causing at least two inches of standing water to fill my finished basement. I called around to several local 24/7 emergency plumbers and either got an AI assistance or 4 to 6 hour ETAs. When I called Edelman I talked to a real person and got a real price estimates as well as a much more urgent ETA. My technician came and had everything taken care of and finished in a little over an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I highly recommend Edelman's service and look forward to future business whenever the next emergency arrives.

  I needed same day service and they accommodated me. I was advised of the cost of the visit ahead of time and agreed. The technician who came was extremely thorough and courteous. The problem was determined and corrected. Extremely pleased with the customer service and quality Ty of the work.

  "I had a condensate line draining into my drywell and crawlspace vent, which created a moisture problem under the home. Although Collier was delayed from our established appointment time, he still showed up, went straight to work, and expertly corrected the problem—all at no charge since Edelman installed the unit a little over a year ago. While it wasn't an expensive fix, his professionalism and dedication were outstanding. He even took the time to explain their Home Wellness Club maintenance and other services. This kind of customer service is exemplary, and after this experience, Edelman will be my go-to business for these services."

  Camden did an amazing job helping to fix our A/C when it went out during some of the hottest days of summer. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made everything really easy to understand. While he came for one task, he was willing to assist to look at other issues and provide options or next steps for addressing them. I am very satisfied with all the technicians Edelmans sends out! I am also very impressed by the customer service and communication as well!!
