  If I could give this company zero stars I would. I hired them to repair my tub leaking tub faucet which after an initial inspection they assured me they could do. When they returned with the piece to fix the tub, they spent several hours at work and then declared their job done and assured me that it was fixed but the caulk just needed to dry. After they left and I tried to use the fixture, there was no water and the handle and faucet were loose. I contacted them asking them to return to fix their repair, and they came back a week later and got the water running again but the piece that they had installed, they explained, was the wrong one so components were loose/exposed and the handle could only fit upside down. Again I asked for them to repair their work. When they installed what they assured me was the correct piece components of it still weren't flush and when I run the water the shower drips into the handle hardware. They reinforced the faucet head with various types of caulk smeared around the tile [see the attached photos for the final work]. I understand that the hardware my bathroom is non-standard, but if they were not up to the job they should have said so from the beginning, or cut their loses earlier on. Not that it particularly matters, but they were also incredibly non-communicative and rude. This is the first negative review I've ever written; I hope that it helps someone else avoid a similar experience.
