  Our appointment with Kimberlee Ciolkosz with patio enclosures was great. She throughly went through everything with us. Measured our desired space and gave us prices for all materials being used. She showed us a virtual sample of what our project would like. We had the samples shown to us of the roofing material and windows. We were shown pictures of other completed projects as well. All in all it was a great in home estimate, she was very kind polite and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to start using our new space.

  The entire process was great. From the initial consultation to the design process and build out, was extremely well done. Each group was on time without any last minute issues. The install team, was very experienced and kept us informed on what was going to occur the next day. The two person team worked for almost 4.5 days to install all of the enclosure components.

  Let me first start by saying we do truly love our solarium. The quality of the product meets the standards I expected. two office personnel Sonia and Becky were fantastic to work with and truly did their best to move the project along and attempt to complete it. Beware of the process not the product. This 100 ft.² solarium virtually took close to a year and a half to complete. Because many items such as drawings, permit follow up material, measurements, construction set up, etc. were subbed out. The result was a nightmare. You would think the accounting end of this gigantic organization would have noticed they had an outstanding invoice for over a year. A letter and phone calls to the CEO resulted in no response. My 100 ft.² project could literally be taught at a university as a case study on how not to run a business even the factory either shipped the wrong glass to me for part of my project or cut the two pieces the wrong size. I had to wait weeks for the correct size glass to finally be installed.. The project comes with a considerable price tag, and for that expertise and organization along with construction quality need to be maintained to a much higher standard that I hope they are now striving for. The end result is very nice and we are extremely happy with the solarium. The process, though lift us with many days that were not great! Finally, should you decide to go ahead and take a chance with this organization? I wish you luck you might even have a “Great Day” in the end.🤔

  Lance was our design consultant who met with us at our home to discuss options for our new potential sunroom. He could not have been more courteous, friendly, and informative. We liked everything we heard concerning the product and services. We really appreciated his time and patience with us as we are new to looking into sunrooms. While we are still deciding on moving forward, we feel we have gained much knowledge to help us make an informed decision on the future of our sunroom project.

  Our experience went smoothly from start to finish. The salesman was knowledgeable and had samples to show us. He was able to measure and show us a rendering with his tablet so there was no guessing as to how the sunroom would look. The salesman and his supervisor were able to work out a Great price for placing the order that day. They also had a payment plan that featured a 12 month No No. Once accepted the order was placed and went into production, the material arrived a couple of weeks later. The office called and set up the install that week and the installer showed up about noon to start. He was able to get all of the framing up that day and returned the next day to install the windows. Once done he cleaned up and left as if no one had been there. GREAT Job and Service. Can’t wait to get the carpet and furniture in so we can start using and enjoying the space. Thanks
