  I had a frustrating experience with another local company that installed a water heater for me. After it kept having issues, they eventually gave up on trying to fix it, which left me in a tough spot. I decided to call Air Man to see if they could help. They came out, assessed the situation, and installed a new unit that has worked perfectly ever since. It completely resolved the problems I was dealing with. I really appreciate that they were able to step in and get everything functioning correctly. They definitely saved the day and earned a loyal customer.

  My AC wasn't performing well last year, so I made an appointment with Air Man in Belvidere to look it over before the summer heat comes. The technician was great and actually took the time to show me how to read his AC gauges so I could understand exactly what was happening with the system. He offered a very reasonable repair to get things back on track. While he was here, I also asked about replacement options for down the road, and he provided some solid information without being salesy. I already use them for my plumbing work, so it was no surprise that their HVAC service is just as professional and transparent. It is nice to work with a company that actually educates their customers.

  We’ve trusted Air Man for years to keep our heating and cooling equipment running right, so when it came time to replace our old AC system, there really wasn’t much debate about who we were going to call. We decided to go with a new Trane air conditioner, and Air Man handled the installation from start to finish. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly experienced. Everything was installed neatly, they answered all our questions, and they made sure the system was running exactly the way it should before they left. It’s nice working with a company that already knows your equipment history and treats you like a longtime customer instead of just another job on the schedule. The new AC has been working great, and it gives us peace of mind knowing Air Man will continue taking care of it for years to come.

  Just had a new furnace and AC installed at our place in Belvidere and I’m glad I chose Air Man for the job. The technicians showed up right on time, worked hard from start to finish, and treated our home with real care and respect. You could tell they knew what they were doing, but what really stood out was how friendly and easygoing they were. The whole install went very smooth, and they took the time to explain everything without making it complicated. The lead installer even offered to build us a beautiful holder for all the paperwork right under the furnace, which was a thoughtful touch you don’t see much anymore. Honest work, kind people, and a job well done. The house is comfortable again and we sure appreciate the effort they put in. I’d gladly recommend Air Man to anybody needing furnace or AC work done.
