- JMJim Murphy2 days ago5.0Called them on a Saturday afternoon and when they called back, they gave me some things to try. Tried everything they suggested but to no avail. Appreciated that, trying to save me a service call. Called again on Monday morning, and they sent out two technicians. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it and had me up and running shortly. All in all, a positive experience and have recommended them before and will continue to do so!!
