  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had our furnace and AC replaced today by Anytime Heating & Cooling, and we had a great experience. Matt, Steve, and Nathan were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They even had to deal with a wasp problem during the installation, but they stayed positive, worked hard, and got everything completed in one day. Their workmanship and customer service were outstanding. We highly recommend Anytime Heating & Cooling and want to thank Matt, Steve, and Nathan for a job well done!

  I had an extremely disappointing service experience with Anytime Heating and Cooling on June 5, 2026. My furnace and AC appointment was scheduled between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This was already a rescheduled appointment, and I had been charged an additional $50 due to prior service issues. I rearranged my workday and set aside four hours to be home for the appointment. As the service window was nearing the end, no technician had arrived. When I tried calling the office for an update, I received a prerecorded message saying the office was closed — even though my appointment window was still active. The technician finally arrived at approximately 3:40 PM, only 20 minutes before the end of the scheduled window. Unfortunately, the visit created more problems than it solved. After he worked on my furnace, my previously functioning thermostat stopped working completely, leaving my entire heating and cooling system inoperable. The technician did not provide a clear diagnosis for the furnace. He only mentioned elevated operating temperatures on the outdoor AC unit. At around 3:58 PM, he took a phone call that made it clear he was under time pressure. He then stated he could not continue the service because he had to leave. He mentioned that a lead technician “might” come later that evening, but offered no firm plan, no resolution, and no meaningful explanation. The end result is that I lost time from my workday, paid an additional fee, received no clear diagnosis, and was left with a heating and cooling system that is now completely non-functional after the service visit. This experience reflected poor communication, poor scheduling practices, and concerning technical service. Based on this appointment, I do not feel confident recommending Anytime Heating and Cooling.

  I got three bids on replacing the AC and furnace at my rental property. Of all three companies I dealt with this was the only one that didn’t find a new “issue” to try and upsell me. They were the most honest and also the most fairly priced. Also, they were able to come out and do the install very quickly and my tenants are happy! Highly recommend.
