  Called on a Saturday and Bill answered while out with his family, said he'd be at my place on Monday. Bill and Steve came out on the worst day in March, freezing cold and blowing snow. We discussed the problem I was having, talked about the need for directional boring, etc. Despite the extremely challenging nature of the job, Bill persisted. He stayed in contact and waited patiently while I got additional quotes for the project. Ultimately he won the contract and on the day the work was performed he and Steve were great. His boring contractor and team were also phenomenal. Everyone was willing to put up with our questions and interest in the project. While it's a typical day for them, it was all very fascinating to watch and learn about what they were doing. They started at 8:30 AM and were finished with a very complicated job by 3:30 PM. It's been two weeks now and no issues. Bill is prompt, professional, and engaging. There were no hidden charges or surprises. I would recommend Luke Land Well and Pump for your project without reservation.

  Luke was super friendly, honest, quick and had transparent pricing. He was thorough in checking on our water issue to be sure of the necessary item to repair. I am grateful he was able to come out same day when we had no running water! Thank you for prompt, friendly and honest service. He will absolutely be our go to for any well and pump issue going forward.

  I can't say enough good things about Bill. A great, knowledgeable, trustworthy man. I rarely give reviews but his level of service prompted me to give testimony to this business. Don't think twice if your in need of his services. He gave me a very fair price for a VERY difficult job. Overcame many unforseen hurdles my old home gave him. I felt comfortable giving him access to my home while I went to work as it was a several day job. Bill is the real deal.

  Awful service! I was being told that everything is scheduled and now it’s 2 weeks since nothing is done and no one ever showed up. I’ve tried to call several times until they stopped answering my calls. Why would you schedule something knowing you won’t do it?!

  Luke Land Well and Pump Service was amazing! We were without water for about 24 hours in Oswego IL. They were able to be onsite very quickly and promptly. They explained everything clearly, gave us honest information, and offered a fair price. We ended up needing a new well pump, and they were able to install it immediately. The gentleman we met with was kind, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
