  They originally installed the fence several years earlier. Storm came through and snapped a limb sending it through a shed and sending down through10 foot section of fence. I called and sent photos of the damage. Shortly after, they were out replacing a post and 10 foot section. Great job.

  We used Complete Fence to install a 180 foot fence at the back of our yard. The fence looks great, we are quite pleased with the work that was done. There were 3 neighbors, who also had the work done at the same time and they are equally pleased. We were told right before the installation that our fence would have to be moved into our yard due to some cables underground. Why couldn't this have been determined earlier was our question. Or why couldn't the same holes have been used. As it turned out, it lines up fine with the neighbors fences, it just angles in slightly.

  Initially, the price stopped us for a second. But we did the math on what a wood fence would cost to maintain and replace over the next ten years, and the decision got a lot easier. Joey D in sales knew the product cold, built us a custom design based on the "Classic Semi Privacy" style, and pointed us to the right system without overcomplicating it. The result speaks for itself. The fence is solid, the lines are clean, and it genuinely upgraded the look of the property in a way a wood or chain link fence never would. No runaround, no guesswork. Best money we spent on this property. No clue that we'd be fielding so many neighbor inquiries about a fence!

  Highly recommend Complete Fence . The main office is located in Batavia. 2 years ago after moving into my new home they installed a vinyl fence. Professional and great service throughout the entire process including helping me with applications to my HOA and guiding me through the process every step of the way for village permits. Not to mention I wound up with an absolutely beautiful fence. 3 weeks later we had a derecho come through which knocked out three sections of my fence overnight. The next morning they were out there fixing the fence.. and they did it free of charge! Earlier this week we had what was called a "wake low"! Another odd name for wins during a storm. This time it took out one section of my fence on the other side of the yard. Also there was damage to several boards that wound up with holes and a crack in them. Not only did they come out the very next day again and put everything back in place, replacing the broken boards.. and doing some service on my gate which had shifted and wasn't closing smoothly... but once again free of charge! If you need a new fence please check them out! You will be glad you did!
