Trying to get a quote from this company was frustrating from start to finish. I explained my availability, but that was ignored. They sent someone at a time I had already said would not work. Even though I rushed to get home he said he wouldn't wait. I was only 10 minutes out. So all I got was a half legible carbon copy and none of my questions answered. I followed up with a polite email and never got a response.
I was ignored pretty much every step of the way. I ended up going with another company that was much more responsive and professional.
