- MHMe You (Heyyou)5 days ago1.0It took them way too long to even apply for my permit. Then they kept changing the date they were going to do the work ( I needed a main water line replaced) they claimed they didn’t have the proper machine for it. When they finallyy came for the work they tried to use smaller pipes than what was needed and the city told them to change them YOUMWOJLD think they would k ow what they are doing. Then after the work there still was a problem and they had the nerve to try and CHARGE ME EXTRA a for there mistake DONT USE THEM

They insisted our system was having an electrical problem and made us call the electrician that they use which we were then charged an additional $150 on top of the other charges that were on my card that were NOT AUTHORIZED. We only authorized my credit card to be used for the initial pumping/cleaning out of our septic system. Kendra has still has still not called us back to refund the $150 from the electrician they insisted needed to come to our house. We will be reporting them to the BBB as well for the unauthorized credit card charge. Go with another company. Don’t waste your time.
