  Just had a tech out to clean the furnace. We initially thought we’d have the ducts cleaned too, but he noted a difference that would make the cleaning more harm than good, consulted his boss which confirmed his suspicion and reduced their earnings. Quality, care and integrity have always been our experience with this company and we were not disappointed today. Thrilled with the customer service, inspection and work. Could not have asked for better!! I recommend them to my family and friends. They ate the best!

Original review: Bartlett Heating & Air is my go to for HVAC repairs and replacements. Two years ago, our furnace from the 1960’s stopped working, and they somehow managed to revive it and keep it running for another two years! When our AC recently gave out, we decided it was time to replace our ancient HVAC system, and they got everything done quickly and efficiently. We received a 10 year warranty for most of the equipment on top of that! Everyone I’ve dealt with, from dispatch to the technicians, has been friendly, helpful, and reliable. I always feel comfortable reaching out to them, even when I just have a question. I definitely recommend Bartlett Heating & Air for HVAC repairs, maintenance, or replacements. They’re a family-owned business that genuinely seems to value honesty and good service, which can be hard to find nowadays.❤️

  As a new homeowner, making sure you stay on top of maintenance while also getting the best value for your money is extremely important. I’m so glad I chose Bartlett Air/Heat for my Furnace Install. From my very first phone call with Alicia to the quote appointment, Jacob who came out to quote me, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. They not only offered the best competitive quote, but their customer service was by far the best I experienced. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, responsive, and willing to answer all of my questions, Vince was a great help. The installation team was fantastic as well. They gave me helpful recommendations, paid attention to detail, and completed the work flawlessly. It’s not often that you find a company that checks every box—great pricing, great communication, knowledgeable staff, and excellent workmanship. Bartlett Air/Heat truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. I am happy with my new LENNOX furnace and the Ecobee thermostat!

  The crew did an awesome job taking out my 2019 furnace and 2019 AC unit which were both garbage and installed terribly. They professionally install my new Lennox heating and AC units and re-ran water lines and corrected previous installation mistakes.
