  Finally decided to change my 30 year old furnace/AC unit. With a buzy schedule, many others could not work with me, then I called BHAC. The BHAC team manage to work around me. Vince quoted the job and with his experience, explain all the options available to me and answear all my questions. I think their pricing and waranty were excellent to me. Once the intalation was schedule and finish, Wyatt left the working area clean and explained how the AC/furnace system worked with the Ecobbe app in my phone. I was very pleased with everyone in BHAC.Their honest and friendly service was excellent and straigh foward at all levels.

  We couldn’t be happier with the service we received today! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days and they had a technician at our home incredibly quickly. Brandon was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and had our A/C up and running in no time. It’s hard to find companies that provide this level of customer service. We truly appreciate the fast response and excellent work. We highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C repair.   I was very happy with the new A/C I purchased from Bartlett Heating & Air. The three technicians Sam, Brandon, and Wyatt were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the installation process. The owner is available to listen and answer questions. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure they are satisfied.   I had a flood in my basement and it took out my thermostat and AC. Their technician Brian came early the next day and I have to say he was so great! He was exceptional and got me back up and running with an upgraded thermostat. Thank you so much to Vince and your whole team. I really appreciate you and how quickly you guys always come quickly and efficiently.

  We had an amazing experience with Brandon! Our AC stopped working around 8:00 PM on a Sunday, and we were worried we’d be without air for days. The company was able to schedule us for the very next morning with a 10:00 AM–1:00 PM window, and Brandon actually arrived early! From the moment he got here, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. As first-time homeowners, we had a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repairs, and had our AC running again in no time. On top of the excellent service, the price was very fair, and we truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Brandon made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. We can definitely see why the previous homeowner trusted this company, and after this experience, we’ll absolutely continue using them for all of our HVAC needs.
