  We recently had a new furnace installed by Bartlett HVAC and could not be happier. The crew was professional, on time, respectful of our home, and did excellent work from start to finish. The installation was clean and well done, and everything was explained clearly before they left. Our new furnace runs great, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC

  The team at Bartlett Heating and Air are the best. We first used them to help with an investment property that had a very tricky furnace in a crawl space, and Vince and the team have not only exceeded expectations in communication and value in their pricing model, but have helped us with 4 separate project at different properties and have been swell each time. Definitely recommend

  I had a new AC unit relocated and installed as well as a new furnace. The communication with the company was fantastic, and incredibly helpful, professional and polite. They walked me through financing. Worked with the village. The two men that came to install the HVAC were polite, kind, and did a fantastic job. They showed me how to use my new ecobee! Really outstanding work and they came in priced very reasonable. Highly recommend.

  Very professional from the sales team to installation! We received quotes from many companies and felt that Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning had the best options, quick turnaround time, transparent quote, and fair pricing.   I wanted a family-owned business to perform a spring A/C system cleaning. I have used BHAC in the past with great results, so that's who I called. Scheduling was easy. They called with a reminder the day before, texted me when the service professional was on the way, and showed up on time. Brandon was polite, efficient, and professional, checked the electrical components, freon pressure, performed the A/C spring cleaning, and explained why it's important to have this service for the A/C, and described the problems that may occur if you don't. We used BHAC last fall to install a new furnace and received the same excellent service then. If you're looking for a company that provides prompt, professional service at a competitive price, give BHAC your business. You won't be disappointed.
