- IAI J AutoOct 6, 20265.0After my storefront glass was broken into, I called A Touch of Glass in the wee hours of the morning, and they actually answered. As a young female business owner, being able to secure my business immediately meant everything to me. They understood the urgency of what I was dealing with, responded with compassion and professionalism, and scheduled me for the very first business day. On top of all of that, their pricing was extraordinarily fair and, in my opinion, puts their competitors to shame..not only in price, but in customer service. You don’t forget the people who show up for you on your worst days. ❤️ If you ever need glasswork done, A Touch of Glass is absolutely my go-to. I highly recommend them!
- LSLori StasicaMay 31, 20265.0Quick and reliable!! Had 3 window panes replaced. They came and measured, ordered the glass and due to our schedule installed 2 weeks later. The employees were kind, quick and trustworthy. They inadvertently broke a latch and fixed it with no issues. Will use again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
