  Absolutely horrible experience, I would love to give it a zero if I could. It was OUTRAGEOUSLY priced and my plumbing was done wrong. They have had to come out a total of 5 times to do all the repairs needed and to fix their mistakes. They put in something upside down in the shower and it only gets very hot and boiling water. Also I saw one of the technicians took a smoke break. I understand needing to take a break but smoking on the job seems very unprofessional.

  Jonny was super friendly, professional, and broke down every single detail of the work I needed! Never once did I feel that I was being talked into anything that I didn’t need. It can be hard to trust folks in the service industry—but I did with S&J 😊 Jonny arranged for the parts to be shipped to my house, and Robby completed the majority of my install/repairs. Repairs were fast. Both guys are super genuine and good at what they do! 👍

  On 9/22, Vlad did a great job today explaining the situation we had with our sump pump discharge pipe. We are going to get everything fixed up with a water jet. Thank you for the good service and strong customer service. The morning of 9/23, I received a phone call from Maria letting me know that the Hydro jet team would be there this morning. John and Tony arrived at my home both with smiles on their face and we’re willing to dig in and figure out what was going on with our some pump discharge pipe. The guys did a great job, were very neat, communicated throughout the day, and in the end fixed our issue. Thank you John and Tony!

  Our experience with Jonny & Jason at S&J Plumbing was absolutely superb and top notch in every way! They were not only super professional but clearly experts in their knowledge about sump pumps and sump pump discharge systems. My husband and I have dealt with numerous plumbers and water system companies throughout the years and this is the first time I’ve written a review. They were very thorough and patient in explaining all of our purchase options and follow up services. When it comes to sump pump and water systems in the house, peace of mind is what you pay for and knowing that we were dealing with guys who are trusted professionals with integrity is priceless! Ask for Jonny & Jason, they are the best!

  On Friday afternoon we had a plumbing company come out and try to fix our leaking toilet, overflowing into the tub, and use of all our facilities. Unfortunately they were not able to fix our issues. They suggested we contact S and J Plumbing. So after the first company left I immediately contacted S and J. We were very fortunate to be able to book an appointment for the next day, Saturday, September 12th. Art was the representative S and J sent out. He walked us through the issues as we described them and stopped repeatedly to make sure we had no questions. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the problems we had. After a thorough discussion it was decided what needed to be done. Art went through all of the scenarios and costs related to each. He then asked us what our preference would be. Concurrent with the discussions of our current situation Art informed us of a program we may be interested in. This program would be a maintenance program to not only address our current issue, but could also include other appliances and maintenance on them. This program was completely optional and not required when having our situation taken into consideration. It was also determined that the sooner our issues could be addressed the better for me. Art was able to make the appointment for Monday, September 14th. On Monday, September 14th, Art arrived with an additional S and J representative, Jason. Both men were extremely polite and got to work immediately. Both Art and Jason knew what needed to be done and began the tedious process of clearing the roots from our drains which led to the backyard and city cleanout. Jason got to work taking out our toilet, which was leaking under it onto the floor and beneath the tiles. He needed to replace the wax ring and make sure the collar was still in tack and did not need to be replaced. So far all was good! The collar was in good condition and therefore he was able to replace the wax ring and reconnect the toilet. Meantime, Art was out in the backyard preparing to see what awaits him in the lines leading away from the house as well as going to the house. Art uses a camera to see what is there, looking at what needs to be cleaned out. After determining what needed to be removed he began going in and removing the roots which have accumulated over the years. This continued to be done until he was confident that the hydrojetting would be the final measure. His accuracy is spot on with the work that he accomplished. He knows what he is doing and doesn’t leave the job (using the hydrojett at numerous psi limits) until he is satisfied with it. Again, at the end, both Art and Jason cleaned up all they had pulled out as well as putting everything back as it was. Tom and Janette Brenner
