He answered any questions we had. The ordering process was easy and the product came within the time frame given. Appointments were on time and the installer was amazing. He sectioned off the area from floor to ceiling before removing our old door and installing the new one. He also was meticulous when cleaning up. We absolutely love our new Marvin sliding door and screen! Both move smoothly and easily, plus the locks make it nice and secure. We will definitely be back for windows at some point.

The ordering process was easy. There was a little mixup at their end about timing but they worked really hard to make it right. The installation was seamless! There was no mess or inconvenience for us whatsoever. The installer was truly a professional craftsman. Everyone in the neighborhood has made a positive comment about our stunning front door. Two years plus later, it needed a minor tweak - nothing major - and Next handled the warranty work pleasantly, professionally and promptly. Derrick came on time and explained the minor adjustment. He was very informative and made sure to not leave any smudges or any sign of his visit other than a perfect adjustment. Highly recommend Next Door and Window!
