Tyler and Brennan were wonderful! They were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently and We are so happy with the results. They communicated what was going on and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Cardinal plumbing if you have any bathroom remodels or plumbing fixes that need done. We had a wonderful experience with them.

Received call that service could arrive earlier, which is great. Very polite and knowable. Let me talk about what the problem is and what I had done the previous day. Nick fixed the problem. Did multiple tests to check everything and was on his way in a very short time. Price was exceptional. I expected much more. I am very pleased with Cardinal Plumbing.

I had a great experience with Cardinal! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. There ended up being some extra work involved due to a misunderstanding on my end, and it turned out that my septic system ultimately just needed to be emptied. Even though the situation was a misunderstanding, they were incredibly gracious about it and even gave me a discount. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Came back from a 3 week vacation to find out I had no hot water pressure. Tried to trouble shoot but could not fix the problem myself. Called Cardinal Plumbing and was scheduled to have a technician come out that next morning. Kody arrived on time and we discussed the problems I found. Within 20 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem being a clogged whole house sediment filter. I recently bought the house and replaced the filter 3 months ago. Filters are suppose to last 6 months in normal conditions but the horrible water in Bethalto shortened that timespan. Koty ordered me a replacement filter through Winn Plumbing in Alton and I picked up the filter, installed and now have full pressure. I want to thank Cardinal Plumbing and Koty for resolving my issue in a short time. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing repairs. Bob Deist

Jacob White and Corbin Darden were professional and polite. I’m very satisfied with the work they did replacing my water heater. I also appreciate Nick Hill taking the time to put together a workable package to replace my water heater. I didn’t feel any pressure from him to take any unnecessary services or products.
