    When you order new windows from Hines, make sure your salesman is professional and know how to measure. We were replacing old windows here through our contractor who work with Dave. Dave came to our house and measured all our 11 windows and every 11 windows he measured were 4” short and 1 of the window is 3” wider and 4” shorter and our contractor installed them, cut our crown molding and floor trim to be able to install that window. He did not take any responsible for it and wanted to get away from this by telling us to talk to our contractor. He is unprofessional to replacing old windows. He can’t measure right. Unprofessional. Nightmare!
