We used Cerasi a year ago. As much as I didn’t want to write this, I feel I have to. We recently hired a construction company that was way better! Cerasi was the first contracting company we ever used, and our experience was awful! We hired them for a big job. Crown molding, refinish floors, new doors and base boards. After the first week, the carpenters walked off the job. They supposedly found a better job. Instead of hiring more carpenters, the project manager tried to do the job themselves with some buddies. We would go days without hearing from them or from anyone being at our house. Our 4-week project turned into months. When I called Mr. Cerasi, he had no idea what was going on and was dismissive. The quality of work went downhill after the first week, and we had to chase the project manager to finish. They tried to put double doors in that didn’t lock to our bedroom and office. I have never heard of that being a thing! We had to ask them not to use dummy door knobs. Who would want a bedroom door that can’t be locked?? The panel that joins the double doors fell off after they finally left. They just nailed it in. Not nailed and glued. A month after they left, the contractor dropped off the remaining hardware in a plastic bag on the porch. It was not even the right hardware. Didn’t install it. Contract said they would install hardware. At that point, I was so over it. I recently used another company, and it made me realize how awful Cerasi was. As much as I want to let it go, I see the awful joins on the crown molding, and I still get so upset. When we told the project manager we were upset, all they could say was “yep. You’re right to be mad “.

I would highly recommend Cerasi Renovations. They came highly recommended to me from a friend. This is a fantastic family owned business. Tony and his team do amazing work. They’re dependable, honest, professional and always answer any question you may have. They do amazing work and it’s beautiful. I never had to file a claim through insurance before and they helped me along the way. My new roof is beautiful! Thanks Tony!

Had an amazing experience getting our roof replaced. From the first interaction to the end of the job, Tony, Mal and their crews far exceeded our expectations. Top quality products, top quality professionals, and came in way under budget. We'll be using them again!
