  My family and I recently had the absolute best experience with Birdie Heating and Cooling. From our initial consultation with Nathan, over the phone and in person was truly remarkable! The customer service was the absolute best, both friendly and responsive, and genuinely focused on helping, in the best way possible. Birdie is a certified Trane AC specialist and dealer, replaced our 25 year old AC unit with a new updated and efficient Trane unit. The entire process was stress-free, smooth and efficient. On the day of installation Nathan and his team explained everything clearly, and worked with incredible attention to detail. They made sure our new system was running its absolute best before full completion and cleaned up so well you’d never know any major work had been done. Honest communication, fair pricing and quality workmanship — you can tell Birdie truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, Birdie is the one! Nathan and his team went above and beyond during the entire process!!
