Customer service over the phone was excellent, and I had no issues at all. The representative was very friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. Scheduling the technician was simple, and they were even able to fit me in the same day.
The technician was professional and personable when he arrived at my home. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, and he also performed a maintenance check for us. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely use them again.

This has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences we’ve had.
The job had repeated inspection problems, part of the work was never completed, and our remodel was pushed back weeks because of the delays. We eventually had to hire another HVAC company to come in, fix the work, and get everything passed.
From the quality of the work to the way the problems were handled afterward, the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional.
What bothered us most was what happened afterward. Through all the mistakes and delays, we never once received a genuine apology or felt like anyone at Bauer really took ownership of what happened. Nobody seemed to care that this was affecting us and our family at all.
Then came weeks of trying to get a refund resolved, with us having to chase down nearly every update ourselves, and STILL no resolution.
Mistakes happen. Jobs go wrong. But good customer service means owning it, apologizing, and making it right. We never felt like that happened here.
We will not use them again. EVER.
EDIT/UPDATE: Sean from Bauer Operations reached out, came to us personally, apologized, and provided the refund. That doesn’t undo everything that happened or the frustration we went through, but I do appreciate him taking ownership of the situation and making an effort to make things right. I also appreciate that he seemed genuinely interested in learning from what happened so they can do better moving forward.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. The technician, Cody, was friendly and answered all of my questions. He did a thorough check and cleaning as well as changing the filters and leaving an extra set for me. I will definitely use them again.
