- DBDebbi BurrJan 28, 20235.0We woke up this morning to no water in the house. We are on well water and Walker Water systems replaced our old well pump 6 months ago. We were very pleased with their previous service so I called them today. Their service person was at our home within 20 minutes and quickly found the problem, which was actually with our water softener, not our well or pump. He had the parts and fixed the problem within an hour. Phenomenal service, polite, personable, and knowledgeable -- I highly recommend Walker Water Systems for any of your water system needs!!!

- YLYakul LiMay 12, 20203.0We had a leaking faucet that's connected to our well water outside. We were quoted X amount of dollars and when the bill came it was 250 dollars over our quoted amount. The staff is friendly and polite, if not I'd give them less stars. However they did not lower the amount owed. They set us up with a payment plan. Luckily we were able to afford the bill so we just accepted it. The replacement they set us up with works well but it's sticking out of the ground further than I'd like too and am worried it'll be loosened over time and leak again but we will see. I personally would not call them again, but they did what I needed in a timely and professional manner.
