- JCJackie CobbleyOct 24, 20265.0We could not be more pleased with our custom French patio doors from Window World of Eastern Idaho. From beginning to ending, their service was top notch. They answered all our questions in order to make sure we were getting exactly the door we wanted. Shout out to Roger, Ryan, and Tristan for the efficient and tidy installation. These guys are top notch. We highly recommend Window World and will definitely be repeat customers.
- TLTiff LynnOct 20, 20265.0I recently bought a house and hired Window World to replace the windows in the basement. Jonathan was very kind and professional when explaining the design and efficiency of the windows. Ashley did an amazing job keeping me up to date on the status of installation. Ryan, Roger, Sebastian, and Tristan were very kind, efficient, and professional during installation. The windows look amazing! They also took the extra time to show my boys how to remove the windows should they need to get out of the basement through them. 10/10 for service and care.
- SCSam CookOct 7, 20265.0Sebastian came to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process well and how my home was built and how it would look when my new windows were in. He gave me a lot of confidence. Great job!
- TDTravis DyerSep 27, 20265.0Window World did an amazing job on our home. Roger and Ryan were professional and knowledgeable while communicating the installation process. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.
- OBOlga BeekmanSep 19, 20265.0Love our new windows and doors. Our installers, Roger and Ryan were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They made sure they picked everything up after each window or door was installed, they vacuumed up around the area they worked. After everything was installed all windows were cleaned by the installers. Roger and Ryan were a great team. They really work great together. I would definitely recommend this company and these installers to anyone.

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All windows and patio doors we sell come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and a repair labor guarantee, good for as long as you own your home! Contact us or see our warranties page for more details.
What happens to my old windows?

What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
