  JJ arrived this morning to do routine maintenance on my AC system. As usual, he was promp, polite, abd professional. JJ checked my system, both inside and outside, and told me that one of the components was showing signs of an upcoming failure. He said "it was fine at this time, but would need to be replaced, within the next year." I asked for a quote, which he gave me within a few minutes. JJ also told me, that due to the age of my heater/AC system, it was going to start "nickel and diming me to death". He suggested I start thinking about replacing my system in the future. He said the money I would spend over the next few years, could be saved buying a new unit. I asked him for a quote, and was told, that someone from the company would schedule a visit. JJ said that the space would need to be measured and a quote would be given at that time. He mentioned financing and other options for purchasing a new unit. One thing that impressed me about the whole interaction/ discussion, was at no time, did I feel pressured into buying anything. JJ told me the status of my current heater/AC unit, told me his concerns, and gave me options. I asked his opinion on different brand names for new units, and he told me the pros & cons. He told me about his personal experience with certain brands, having worked in the field for many years. I have been using Comfort Heating and Air for two years now, and have always had excellent service and support. This company is fantastic to work with, and evidently, cares about their customers well being. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call for any questions or if you need their service. You won't be disappointed.

  5-Star Service from Reno at Comfort Air Reno delivered exceptional service during my AC tune‑up. He took the time to inspect every part of the system, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running at peak performance before he left. His professionalism and expertise were obvious from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Comfort Air is lucky to have him.

  Their service tech did an outstanding job. The man knew what he was doing, and he just charged us the consolation fee because there was nothing wrong. He told me what I needed to do to fix the problem and I did what he told us to do. it was an air filter to make sure everything was working properly when he left the air-conditioning has been working great and we will see what it’s like today when it turns to 80° today here but it was nice in here yesterday and stayed nice and cool and I appreciate everything. The man did he knew his job to.

  I would like to take this time to make a review of Reno from Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing. Reno came to my residents for a service call on the air conditioning system. There was a problem with the system starting. Reno was able to diagnose the issue and made the proper repairs to the system. Reno was professional, truly knowledgeable, and pleasant. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction in a way that I understood. I should mention that I have had several interactions with staff from Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing. Each interaction, I found the staff members extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It is a pleasure doing business with Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing.
