  Logan/Stefan was a great technician, he looked at the problem and gave us a solution to fix it. He made me feel confident that we can get our system working properly. I highly recommend him for your HVAC systems. Fantastic company!!!!!

  First time with comfort. Very pleased with the service will use them again. Had Reno and Logan out to replace a faulty fuse box on my A/C. New part is soooo much better than the builder grade fuse that was failing after only 5 years. Both technicians were prompt, courteous and explained the new fuse box to me. I would definitely recommend these guys!!

  Probably the most professional and courteous contractors we’ve met in town so far. They worked incredibly hard. Lowered dirt levels to be appropriate for the AC unit, and moved our entire furnace to make room for it. Afterward we had an issue with our thermostat - they came same day and replaced it at no cost. Shoutout to Burke - who oversaw and fixed everything we needed.

  A ++ !! Fantastic group of people to work with; from the beginning; Blaine, the estimator; Ashley, the scheduling co-ordinator; Thomas the install manager; Greg, the electrician,who was very precise with the conduit on the exterior as well as all the cabling in the house; and most of all, Chris and Eric, the onsite installers who worked tirelessly and with great attitudes. I had a full cut-in heat pump /ac unit with multiple vents installed, as well as a new water heater. They answered all my questions, did great work, and were clean to a fault, every single day. They kept my home super tidy during this major install, and now I have a fabulous, quiet AC and heat pump. This was the most knowledgeable, competent crew I've ever worked with. Great job everyone!! Best report card ever!

  Stefan arrived on time and promptly got to work on the issue with my furnace and air conditioning. He figured out the issues and got things working. He then went into detail, explaining to me what the issue was along with possible remedies. He explained everything well. He did a lot of work during the service call and the price was significantly less than the cost of a service call from one of Spokane's other favorites HVAC companies. He explained to me why I needed to replace my thermostat and also explained what the problem was with my condensate pump on my furnace. The replacement options he had available to offer me were, unfortunately pretty expensive. I am handy enough that I can buy the items elsewhere and install them myself, so I will do that.
