  Steve & Mike did such an “AMAZING, professional & creative job” on our Pergo floors throughout. These guys were at our home each morning ready to start working, worked diligently throughout the day, were very tidy and had such a great sense of humor to add to their creativity! THANK YOU Steve & Mike for doing such an exceptional job. The owner Chet was also very accommodating, as he got us on their schedule.   I give high regards to the Floor Show. First of all, they have loads of inventory to choose from. Second, their customer service is top notch, with staff who have creative knowledge to guide you through your decision making. And, third, they are a local company who deserves your business. Stop in and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

  In response to Chet, responding to Ryan Genswein: You called following the report of your tile setter and were completely belligerent. We tried to ask questions such as was it the correct location, what did the dog look like (perhaps animal control would be required to prevent anyone from harm by it - no one should face harm from an aggressive dog), etc. You were uncooperative, were not open to any sort of discussion and told us that your company would never do work at our home. The home was empty (no people or animals), we had been gone for 2 weeks and provided the code to enter the home. Our neighbors watching the home have not reported any such animal at our nearby the home. It's unfortunate that you could not find it in yourself to have a rational discussion about the issue and closed to door to working with us - to quote you "we will never send someone back to your home" - and it wasn't even the correct home that was visited. Your response to Ryan's review does not accurately portray your attitude an approach to this situation as you were clear your company would not work with us. Only until a negative review was placed, then all of a sudden you are acting in a way we expected from the start. The two ladies working there are quite good and very helpful, it's too bad you decided to act in this manner as this should have been easy to resolve.

  We had an issue with one of the blinds we purchased 18+ months ago. We worked with Andrea to inquire about the limited lifetime warranty. She called the manufacturer and was able to get them to honor their limited warranty. Because the color we originally purchased was no longer available, Andrea asked that all of the blinds in this particular room be replaced, in order to have matching blinds. We worked with Shauna on the pick-up, and everything went very smoothly. We appreciate that Andrea was willing to advocate on our behalf with the manufacturer, and made sure all of the blinds in that room matched. Thank you Andrea (and Shauna)!
