  I met Sara at the 2026 Pocatello Spring Fair at their Pocatello Flooring booth. I have been shopping for plank flooring to replace the current plank flooring. Their floor samples are plentiful and she was very accommodating in assisting me with several attractive options. Her knowledge of the product excelled. Upon sample selection, installation arrangements were made. On the day of installation, the installer, Josh, showed up as agreed. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in removing the former planks and installing the new product. The quality of his work was terrific and complete. His personality was very pleasant and questions were appropriately answered. His performance was very appreciative and future flooring considerations would be targeting Pocatello Flooring as a confident vendor. Thank you Pocatello Flooring for being a strong viable flooring option in Pocatello, Idaho.

  Sarah was very good to work with our contractor Rudy Hansen. She matched the carpet very closely with existing carpet on the stairs. Their installer Georges Flooring done a top notch installation and leveling of the floors for both the carpet and LVP. I would recommend Pocatello Flooring for your flooring needs

  Excellent service and quality from our first vist to completion! Sara was fantastic and patient as we tried different samples and asked questions. Blake was friendly, fast and efficient when he came to measure. Zane was amazing with the install along with Noah. They were fast, careful with our home and the finish product is exactly what I wanted. One of the best customer care experiences we have had in a long time!!

  From start to finish, I received impeccable customer service. Sara walked me through the various products that would work best in my home. She helped me make a great decision. What is a good product without great installation? I got both at Pocatello Flooring. Zaine (the lead installer) arrived on time with his counterpart Matthew. They demonstrated excellent skill in laying, stretching and attention to detail in the installation process. They respected my home and cleaned up all debris resulting from tear- out to final carpet install. I also found the price point to be in-line with my budget. I shopped around over the last several months before making a decision that I felt comfortable with on all levels. I knew that after my visit to Pocatello Flooring that these folks understand the business they are in and the impact of good Customer Service.
