  Just finished the installation of our Tuff Shed Premier Pro Tall Barn and couldn't be happier with the experience. We moved into our house almost three years ago and knew from the beginning we wanted a shed. Finally, after lots of discussion and saving, we were ready to finally take the plunge. We happened to see the Tuff Shed sign when driving on the freeway so I went down there to get some information and try to narrow down my decision. I walked maybe an hour before closing and Nancy Robledo sat down with me to answer any and all of my questions. I don't do anything half baked so I had a lot of them, including some pretty technical ones since I planned to insulate and run electrical to it. After probably an hour of questions, I left there feeling like I knew exactly what I needed to so that I could run the details by my wife. We ended up designing the shed online and then Nancy reached out to confirm some of the details before getting us locked in and on the schedule for the build. Since it is summer, they were busy so the install date was a few weeks out, but the day of the install the team got here nice and early and were all incredibly kind. They got the shed fully assembled in one day, and other than some pretty minor things I noticed it was near perfect. Tuff Shed reached out to me 24 hours later asking about the shed and when I mentioned some missed paint and a couple rough studs, they had the same team out within 24 hours to touch up and swap those studs. Nancy checked in with us before, during, and after to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and that we didn't have any questions. I can't speak highly enough about our experience and the way everything was handled. She made sure we had exactly what we needed but I never felt pressured in any way. If your interested in a Tuff Shed definitely go down there and have a consult. Thank you again for everything! We will definitely be letting our friends know about it and can't wait to show off our new shed!

  We love our Tuff Shed. There was a problem in pre production that postponed the installation but the communication was prompt and we understand that stuff happens. Two sets of installers and they were both great. Nancy is very good at her job and I'd recommend you visit her at the Nampa location.
