  We really enjoyed our consultation with Tyler. He really went into detail on the condition of our windows and what needs to be done to make them more energy efficient. We are excited to see our transformation.

  Jeff Shelton gave us an estimate on our bathroom project and we had a wonderful experience! We have had someone come out before who was pushy, and didn't listen to our wants and needs. Jeff was the exact opposite experience! He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and gave us some very insightful ideas. He took our budget into account and didn't pressure us. If you need a quote on a bathroom renovation, I highly recommend working with Jeff, we think it would be a pleasure to work with him on a renovation!

  Sam P. came out to provide a quote for my window replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was especially impressed by his personality, professionalism, and sincerity throughout the process. Other companies had come out before him and quoted me nearly double the price. Sam was honest, personable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution without the high-pressure sales tactics.

  I would not recommend signing a contract with this company without getting a second opinion. We hired Three Brothers after our son broke one pane of a three-window set. We were told the entire window and frame needed to be replaced and that just the glass could not be replaced separately. We even expressed our concern regarding the window replacement not matching the other two windows in the set and they told us we would not have a choice unless we wanted to replace all three windows. We signed a $3,685 contract and paid a $925 deposit. Our claims representative for our homeowners insurance at Liberty Mutual reviewed photographs of the window and stated in writing that there was no damage to the window frame, stucco, rail, sash, or other components beyond the glass, and that the glass should be replaceable for less than our deductible. They would not cover the window replacement saying it was not a necessity. Before production, Three Brothers was supposed to complete a second critical measurement. We were told they would contact us within about a week, but they did not contact us until July 24. We canceled that same day, before the critical measurement or any installation occurred, asking to speak to someone to discuss the situation. We were told no one was available and we would receive a call back. After not receiving a call back for several days, we continued to call to ask to speak to someone regarding our situation and they continued to tell us no one was available. We called a final time and finally got someone on the phone. When we requested our refund back, they refused to pay us back claiming we didn’t cancel within their three day cancelation window, and because they incurred expenses from the initial consultation, the paperwork for the contract and the phone calls. We have requested an accounting of the costs they claim they incurred, but have not received one or a refund. We subsequently had the window inspected by another window company. They stated in writing that they saw no reason to replace the whole window, found no damage to the existing frame, and could replace the insulated glass unit without disturbing the stucco. Their quote was $433.85 to replace just the glass. We are not requesting a refund simply because we received a cheaper quote. We are requesting a refund because we believe we were misled about the necessity of replacing the entire window and frame. This business sold us a product that our home did not actually need and our insurance would not cover because it was not a necessity. We are sharing this experience so other customers can ask detailed questions about what work is actually necessary and to obtain a second opinion before signing a contract.
