After Blaine evaluated everything on Friday (sheetrock installed in my main hallway and closet in 1964 with asbestos, in preparation for a whole-house replacement of the plumbing pipes), I was given a nice discount. He is such a nice guy! On Saturday morning, Tony and Jose arrived around 9:30 and explained everything they would be doing for me. I did not know how much they would be clearing, so they kindly carried out the additional furniture that might be in the way. Then they set up the area where they would be working and started their job. Later, my neighbor told me that during Tony and Jose's lunch break, they noticed that he (my neighbor) was trying to carry some heavy equipment into his garage. Tony and Jose asked if he needed help and kindly took care of that little chore on their own time. At the end of the day, they vacuumed absolutely everything that could have gotten dusty. They were finished and gone by 5 pm. Then, yesterday, my plumbers found a problem with another toilet in my house, and determined that HomeGuard Environmental were needed again to test the floor of that bathroom. Although it means more demo and reconstruction to my house, I was not sorry to see Micah and Blaine at my house early this morning. I recommend this company to anyone!
