  Troy from Greens came out to address some warranty items from the builder of our new home. He showed up on time and let us know when he would be here. He took care of all our concerns. He explained everything that he found and repaired in a very straightforward manner that was easy to understand. I was very happy with his attitude and service. I would recommend him and Greens.

  Troy was excellent to us, yet again. After replacing our unit's condenser and finding that the new one was defective out of the box, he stayed to work the rest of the day to source new parts; they wound up having to replace our whole unit but made sure it was done before the hot weekend. He kept us updated throughout the day, and came back again the next week to do some final checks on the system.

  This is the 2nd time I've had them out for my AC not working in this hot summer. 2 different things went wrong so it's not their fault I needed them again. That being said, they were incredibly quick to respond, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Both times the problem was identified & fixed in fairly short order. The prices are fair and even with the 1st time being an after hours (holiday weekend) call-out, it wasn't crazy high cost and I'm eternally grateful for their help as it's going to hit 100° today or tomorrow & continue on for several days. I will absolutely be using them as my go-to HVAC service and repair company.
