  We used Greenacres Heating & Cooling at our old house for HVAC maintenance as well. They’re very professional and responsive, and they don't try to sell you on unnecessary work. I'm really happy to still be in their service area in our new place. Definitely recommend.

  Skyler was my repair tech today for a dryer vent problem . He showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed my problem in a timely manor . He was very professional and did a great job cleaning up before he left . Thank You Skyler !

  From the moment my phone call was answered through the completion of my job excellence is the name of the game with Green's HVAC. If you have an emergency situation like I did they made sure they addressed my concerns very timely.

  Over all it was a great experience. The technicians were very knowledgeable and took their time to do the work and explain. Only problem I had was a had to pay a fee for diagnostics and after choosing them to do the service the diagnostic fee was not applied to the service. I understand you can’t come give a quote and work for free but if I decide to use you company that fee should be applied to the repair or service. Then they also charged a fee to use a card, maybe wave the fee for a card if a customer does a review.

  I couldn't be more pleased with both office administrators and Jacob, my technician. The office staff are polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Likewise, Jacob was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient in completing the semi-annual servicing of my heater and AC unit. He too willingly went the extra mile while waiting patiently for me to return from an appointment. Thank you for the confidence I have in your team to address the proficiency of my heating and air appliances.
