  The young man who came and cleaned the vents was polite and explained what he was going to do and kept me informed throughout. He answered my questions and gave me useful information regarding my system. He wore shoe covers when he came in from outside. He showed me before and after pictures of the vents. I was very comfortable with him in my home. The only thing I was that I was not given a timeline on when the technician would be coming. As it was early in the morning we were not quite ready. But we adjusted and I’m glad the job was done!

  We've had a puzzling experience with our new air-conditioning system Greens installed it in March. There's been some complications with our wiring and fuses. Ken Blake came out today and spent an hour and a half trying to figure things out. He was knowledgeable and methodical in his approach. I learned helpful info about new our system. Everyone at Green's heating and Air has been notably courteous and professional. They communicate well and seem to really care about our situation. So glad we chose Greens !!

  Quick response when I found that my AC wasn't working. Good communication throughout. Jacob did a good job of finding the problem and fixing it quickly. Would use these services again.

  My air conditioner wouldn’t turn on during the day and would only work at night. Troy arrived promptly and identified the problem, resolving it efficiently. Consequently, my Berner can now enjoy a comfortable temperature throughout the entire house.

  Our ac went out and they came and diagnosed it quickly. We weren’t able to fix it, but they came out and gave us a great quote on a new system. Everyone who came out was great and professional and Clarissa in the office is GREAT! Thank you for helping keep us cool this summer.
