  I would give less than a star if I could!! From start to finish we had issues with Hubble. We should have backed out before ever moving in but had no where else to to. But after moving in we reach out after putting 3800 into the back yard our neighbors yard continued to flood over into ours and flood our yard and would never dry. Then came to find out 90% of our neighbors had the same issues due to Hubble doing what they do best cutting corners. Then we harass them enough to get warranty to come out. ( Rob. He shuts off my water tells me to hand water, in the hottest part of the summer. Weeks go by. They miss the appointment he set for his “ landscaper to come by” he never did. Then he comes to make sure our yard issue was fixed when it was never address and had killed off my entire 3800 dollars of grass we paid for out of pocket. Then they come dig up my DEAD grass never bring sod to replace it and now have us sitting with my dogs and kid with dead grass. Mud and a disaster of a back yard that has grown into a fly problem. Lovely. We have reached out to “warranty” because they are the only ones who can help with surprise surprise no response. That’s okay. Because we will be reaching out to the city because it’s a hazard to us and our neighbors. Run. Run. Run. From Hubble. 0 stars doesn’t even do them Justice.

  Great place to live. We built our house with Hubble and they did a great job

  Great neighborhood and Hubble has been great too. Just not a fan of the HOA
