  One of the things I like about MBS is the depth of knowledge and experience in their staff. Recently I had a situation where staff helped get a piece of equipment back online. This really matters.

  Customer service is lacking. With only two or three trucks in the yard I was told that a 30-minute wait was to be expected as they were busy. With staffing and attitude so poor, I'll just keep going to Home Depot.

  Fun store but not if you have to return something. I purchased an electric heater from them and when I plugged it in at home the temperature only blew cool air even when it claimed to heat a small room. I brought it back and when I asked to return it the first thing the person said to me was "Sometimes people purchase things and then the next day bring them back when they realize they can't afford it." Then proceeded to test the heater in the front of the store in front of everyone only to find I was telling the truth that it in fact was not working. Instead of giving me my money back they made me take another heater home to test if it was just that one product that was faulty. I brought the second faulty heater back the next day with the managers signature on the receipt and was able to return it and got my money back. Insulted, wasted my time, and faulty products. This company will not see my business or my time ever again.
