  It's been three years since Carpet Mill did the carpet and vinyl tile in my entire home, over 2000 square feet of carpet and tile. They put a couple christchurch lacky's on the job doing the install. They were extremely unqualified and it shows. They did come back and rework the installation and made it better, but I should have insisted that they redo the entire job from scratch. The job was bad enough that a complete new install would be the only fix for the botched original install that would have stood the test of time. Now I have very obvious seams entering one bedroom and in the middle of the bedroom too. There is a very visible seam where the hallway starts, and an obvious seam in the living room as well. The installers actually moved my bed in the main bedroom to cover up one of the very bad seams. Some of the seams in the vinyl tile are way too wide as well and are always black unless I've just mopped. In my view only a christchurch business would be this irresponsible. I don't know if the business is christchurch owned or not, but they told me the installers were christchurch, and in my view only a christchurch owned business would be this irresponsable. I was going through cancer surgeries and treatment at the time and I went way out of my convenience to work with Carpet Mill to arrange the install and had to repeatedly find help moving my kitchen and furniture while sick, and this is what I get for it. If it hadn't been so long I'd hire an attorney to rectify this situation. It's really too bad I had so many serious issues going on at the time and couldn't be as attentive to how bad this install job went at the time.

  Doing a full remodel and having to go room to room with the flooring but this team has been totally willing to work with us and help us figure it out. Boden and the Carpet Mill team are polite, professional, and easy to be around as they roam your house working. Thanks guys...great work!

  Best flooring, cabinets, people, in the northwest. Friendly installers, always helpful, if your wanting flooring or cabinets Bette get in and schedule now the best in the area is always scheduled out a couple months :)
