  Very happy with the service we received on our air conditioner, we have two properties and they have taken care of both of them for us and done. Very good service for us. Plus, I’ve done some other maintenance around both homes for us and very happy with everything we’ve received from this company.

  Tyler always does an amazing job! His quality of service and care is top notch and his customer service is wonderful. He also is the only vendor I have used that doesn't mind helping on a Saturday which is HUGE for tenants, especially in this summer heat!.

  We have used Tyler from Veridyne on a number of our properties. Tyler is very responsive to our calls and the service is outstanding. Honestly, he exceeds our expectations, and his pricing is extremely competitive!

  We had a great experience with Veridyne! They came out and serviced our air conditioning, and we couldn’t believe what a difference it made. Before the service, we had to keep our thermostat around 70° just to keep the house comfortable during the summer. Now we keep it at 74° and our house feels just as cool, if not cooler. Our AC is running so much more efficiently! They were prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and very fair with their pricing. It’s refreshing to work with a company you feel like you can trust and that isn’t trying to sell you things you don’t need. We will definitely use Veridyne again and highly recommend them!
