  So I had one there technician come out and fix my AC. We shouldn’t be broken because I only been there seven years and it’s a brand new house technician came out and did the job wrong ended up blowing up died on my house and the owner doesn’t wanna fileincident report and Said that it’s our fault that their product messed up our house that we worked hard for And I just want to say this is Not good business

  Sam came and worked super hard… even with some bumps in the installation, I think it was the Coil memory board that was faulty so we had to wait until the next day to have it running [so with that] he had to deal with my “not so happy” attitude as the weather was at 100+ degrees and the radiation treatments I had just finished had my body so overheated… he kept his cool more than me and promised to have it completed early the next morning… needless to say his promise was fulfilled… thank you Sam for your care (even during my tears) with me and the installation and thank you Josh A for bringing the portable A/C’s as I may have had breathing issues due to the extreme heat. This company definitely need to keep Sam on the payroll and from this customer’s point of view should get a monetary award of some type GREAT JOB Sam!!!

  Marsia was our tech today and she was very honest and helpful. She wasn't pushy in anyway when it came to selling us anything, she informed us in a very professional way about things we should address now so we don't end up in a emergency high bill situation. She even had the part on hand so we were taken care of same day. The company even offerd a military discount for my husband. Thanks Marsia for getting us taken care of and thanks to the company for always calling and reminding us when it's time for our heating and cooling check ups.

  Marisa was AMAZING!!!!! She went over everything thoroughly and kept me informed every step of the way. She is extremely nice very easy to talk to and extremely professional. If I ever needed somebody to come out I will specifically ask for her in the future. She was able to fix the issue when a previous company was telling me that so many things were wrong I was going to be over $5,000 for repairs when I only ended up paying $534. I just had to get a coil clean for the outside unit and Freon added back in and I am very pleased.

  Overall the installation did not go smoothly at all. We were told it’d be less than a days work which turned into 2 full days to do an ac unit replacement….. and it still has not cooled down the house yet. There was a lot of doubt about the competency of the installers doing the work. I called into their office to report the delays and was told their install manager would call me back. I did not receive that call. Nice guys but the pitfalls were one after the other. I would not recommend. Hoping the product is as advertised. Time will tell.
