  Thank you Ultimate Heating and Air. I did a lot of due diligence when I decided to buy a new HVAC system for our home. You stood out then and again with the repair my AC needed recently. Trevor Jones is a value to your company! He did a good job for us. He talked his way through the trouble shooting process and the necessary fix. Great communication.   Do not do business with Ultimate. The Lion Shield Maintenance is a $19 a month scam. I thought it would be good to do preventive maintenance. But in each of the two visits since I’ve had the service, the bill ends up being over $400. My system is four years old. Somehow construction dirt and paint got past the filter and into the fan and coils. They were going to charge for a condenser until I pointed out it was on warranty. So in the last visit two people worked one hour each. Ultimate’s hourly charge appears to be $200.

  We had issues with certain rooms being too warm while others stayed cool, so we scheduled an air balancing service. The technician adjusted vents and airflow to create better consistency throughout the house. The process took a few hours, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. Compared to before, the temperature feels much more even. They explained how small adjustments can impact overall comfort, which was helpful. It’s a simple service that improves everyday living without major changes.

  I’ve been dealing with Ultimate Heating and Air for several years. First, they convinced me to install a heat pump. The installers left uncovered coolant lines in the crawl space. There was an air gap in foundation where the coolant line connects to the outdoor AC unit. They left a huge mess in the crawl space. The heat pump was a disaster so they had to install an AC unit. A new and experienced technician told us that they never should have installed the heat pump with the furnace they installed. I found out that they fired him for it. I also had them add a wall unit to our mini split which they said could handle it. We’ve had issues with it ever since. During the last annual maintenance they did on our mini split, the technician forgot to install the drain line. After he left, water started running down the wall which damage I had to repair. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. I would highly recommend going with a different HVAC company.
