  We worked with Jens and he did an amazing job from start to finish. After the massive storm that happened on June 26th, 2026, they sprung into action to get us the emergency help that we needed to repair major flood damaging. They removed all the baseboards and put air movers and dehumidifiers in for several days before replacing all of them and doing a special mold treatment on the carpet and hard surfaces. He even gave me his personal cell number to call if i had any questions about the repairs or the timeline for when it would be done. We are very grateful for how fast and efficient they were in getting us back into our apartment after being displaced for close to a month (which wasn’t their fault it took this long—our apartment complex tried another vendor and it didn’t end up working out). 5 STARS!!!

  The reason I'm giving you four stars instead of 5: #1 your non spanish-speaking workers, even though there was a language barrier. They are extremely kind, honest, and hard workers. We lost my daughter's cat during the flooring process. They were worried and wanted to help find her too. - WE EVENTUALLY FOUND HER after they left. They cared wanting to make sure the cat was safe and we were okay. Compassion, empathy, and integrity go a long way👍♥️🔥 #2 They showed back up on the day and time they said they would ♥️🔥 The negatives: #3 *Not the workers faults* I'm waiting for that mold air quality check to come back on Wednesday. Even though the immediate baseboards that were off the wall got treated. There are still areas in the house that were missed completely... new boards were put back over it. Regardless of the air quality test, I do expect you guys to come back and treat the wall properly for the black mold spores located in my laundry room. Again this is not your workers fault that came and did the flooring and baseboards they just did what they were ordered to do, nor is it their specialty in your company to do so. That seems like a management problem to me 👀 #5 (sorry but somebody got to say this) John who's in charge of those workers needs to learn how to knock properly on doors even if he thinks the unit is unoccupied! Also he needs to show more grace when he gets called out on the fact -not give excuses and justify his actions. Be smart... this is Idaho that could have ended badly. You never know who's very serious about protecting their property if you know what I mean 👀🤠 Updated with photos so you guys can stop calling it "suspected mold" -it's clearly black mold

  The carpet technician Tristin came today to spray perfume and disinfectant the carpet. Now, it smells good. After 2 weeks of hell because my apartment got flooded it took a week to dry up the carpet. Now it smells better. Thank you Tristin for making my carpet smell better and now I could come home and relax knowing the bad smell went away.

  I want to thank Jill for being awesome and making things happen. I needed a last minute install and VERY last minute carpet cleaning and PG Long was able to get both scheduled and resolved!
