  One Hour came out to look at our AC and do a tune up. They were professional. They explained things to me in a way I could understand. Super happy with my experience. Didn’t try to sell me a new AC. Would recommend!

  Communication is little to non existent. They received the wrong part twice and never once called to tell me. They were swift in completing the work but getting them to talk to you without feeling like they were making up stories was a challenge.

  Great job! Had to get a tune up prior to selling our house, and they were able to come out next day for an affordable price, showed up on time, and did a really thorough job.
