  EDIT: After writing the earlier review, the company reached out and was more than accommodating to make the repair. There was a breakdown in communication somewhere along the way due to busy season (I completely understand) and not only did they promptly reach out to me to schedule something at my convenience, the repair tech (Mario) let me know when he was on the way and was incredibly quick and helpful in making the repair. The AC unit is functioning better than before I purchased the house. I sincerely appreciate One Hour working with me to get this resolved. I could not appreciate their professionalism and dedication to the community more. Thank you for keeping us cool during the summer! Original review: Called for air conditioning repair, was told someone from the office would call to schedule an appointment after the tech came out and took a picture of the model number and details to order a new motor. It’s been 3 weeks and I have been unable to get anyone out here.

  Scott was the person who came out. He put the insulator pads under the unit. He is going to call manufacturer about noise problem. Still making a whining noise. John

  Very professional and clear about what was happening and what I was paying for, as well as offering different options for replacements. They even loaned us 2 portable AC units while ours was broken for several days until they could replace it. Mario and Timothy were fantastic.

  Timmy was excellent. He explained all of our options for an ac/furnace/water heater in a way we could choose what best fit our needs. Very easy to work with and we appreciate his help!

  From the initial estimate provided by Tim to the completed installation by Andy and Eric, my experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was outstanding. Tim patiently answered every question I had and promptly provided the contract, warranty information, and terms and conditions in writing. I obtained two other bids, and all three were comparable in price. I ultimately chose One Hour because of the exceptional level of service, transparency, and professionalism they demonstrated before the sale. Andy and Eric arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m., introduced themselves, and began with an installation walkthrough to verify the placement of my new Daikin 36,000 BTU mini-split heat pump system in my 1,500-square-foot garage. I’ve spent 50 years in industrial construction and management, working alongside thousands of craftsmen. Andy and Eric’s attention to detail, pride in their work, and craftsmanship stood out immediately. They didn’t just install equipment; they took the time to ensure every aspect of the installation was done right. They left the work area spotless, hauled away all packaging and debris, and even shared recommendations for local fishing spots and restaurants. I highly recommend Tim, Andy, Eric, and the entire One Hour team. Their professionalism and workmanship exceeded my expectations.
