  Jayce and Michael (Maybon Homes) have been wonderful throughout the purchase of our new home, and any additional things we asked them to do. Very detail oriented, very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We are so happy in our new home! We would recommend Maybon Homes to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  We had an excellent experience working with Maybon Homes (Jayce and Michael) on our home addition. From the initial planning stages through the final walkthrough, the entire process was extremely professional. Communication was clear and consistent, timelines were met, and we are very happy with the completed project. The team paid close attention to detail and made sure the new addition blended seamlessly with our existing home. Any questions or changes were handled promptly and thoughtfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality result. When Mother Nature decided to make things difficult, Jayce and Michael were super responsive and went above and beyond for us as clients. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and would absolutely recommend Jayce and his team to anyone considering a home addition.

  We worked with Jayce to build our original home. Many years later, when we decided to build an addition on our home, there was no doubt we wanted to work with him again — this time with his new company. From design to estimate, and through to execution he and his team were a pleasure to work with — always very professional, good communication, and offering their expertise. As with all construction projects, things periodically might not go as planned, but Jayce was always very reasonable and communicative in making sure any problem was resolved quickly and fairly — even going above and beyond. They were also very respectful and accommodating to the needs of our family throughout the demo and build process - coordinating trades with times that worked for our young family and prioritizing safety throughout. We definitely recommend Jayce and his team to the highest degree for any new build or home additions.

  We couldn't be happier with the work and service of Maybon Homes in building a shop for us. We've never experienced such considerate and respectful contractors and sub contractors. From the beginning, Jayce was thoughtful about our intended use and vision for the project. He suggested changes when he recognized potential issues with our design, but always yielded to our decisions. He was very good at communicating throughout the project with status updates, snags or other details. With only a few small delays for materials, they completed the project within two weeks of their original projected completion date. His project manager, Michael, was very knowledgeable and kept us abreast of what to expect week to week. He was always quick to respond to our questions or requests. He and Jayce were in constant communication with each other and with us. They expected the best behavior from their sub contractors and held them accountable. They have obviously built good relations with the best tradesmen in the valley. They were respectful of our property, of us and our neighbors. We have had occupancy and been using the shop for 4 months now; we love it. It's everything we wanted and don't know how we lived without it. We already know what our next project will be, and we will be contacting them again. Highly Recommend!
