  Joe Webber was the best ever. He is a very clean and proficient. He was very kind. He is my go to plumber for drains and plumbing. He took care of my kitchen drain on a Saturday and did not charge me what I was quoted over the phone. He charged LESS! Joe will be my go to plumber from here on out

  Excellent service. I definitely recommend Master Plumbing. Jim Colburn came to the house, diagnosed the problem (after it was misdiagnosed by another company) and gave me options for repair. He was straight forward, honest and dead on in his assessment. I went with the service he recommended and all is well again with my water heater. I appreciated all the time Jim took to explain what I needed and why. No upsell, no pressure, just honest talk and recommendations. The repair was quick and very professionally done. His experience and attention to the smallest detail was very evident. Jim is a credit to your company. I won't hesitate to call your company again. Thank you Jim!

  Holy smokes, one of my older lady customers had to have a water line replacement. They did that all right and completely destroyed her sprinkler system in the middle of it. For some reason they don't have one someone competent enough to put that back together. All they can say is it's not in their bid. So this lady has to spend hundreds of dollars to repair something that they didn't tell her would be on her until after they did the destroying of it. It's pretty bad service and this is coming from another serviceman. If they are plumbers why didn't they just plumb it back together and charge her? 🤔
