About an hour later we discovered that there was a leak by our blow out connection that they had put in towards the end of last season.. They took care of us the next day and got it fixed. They carefully accessed the area, fixed the issue, and restored the surface afterward. The process took about a day. Compared to ignoring it, this prevented further damage. They explained each step clearly, which made the situation less stressful. Everything has been working properly since.

We reached out in the morning with a broken water heater and by 3 PM we had a replacement fully installed. Kyle explained everything thoroughly and the whole install looks so much better than the original – cleaning piping and really well put together.
