  Quinten came out today to take a look at my AC, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what was going on and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell Quinten genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Excellent service from start to finish! I would highly recommend Quinton to anyone needing AC service and would gladly have him back in my home anytime. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  Jacob was awesome! We called and had someone to the house within 30 minutes. All our kids were asleep and Jacob was so mindful to be quiet (win for a parent). He diagnosed the issue, fixed it quickly, and gave us tips to fix another issue as well. He was awesome and the service we received was amazing.

  Do NOT use this company unless you want misinformation and high pressured to replace your entire system. After a 2 hour service call we were told it would be thousands to repair what they recommended to fix, and take 3 weeks for parts to come in, or for a mere $14,000 no interest 60 month loan, they could replace the entire system the next day. Strangely enough, our 2nd opinion company repaired our issue and had us up and running in an hour and charged us under $400. Technician was nice but would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

  Once they get paid they quit caring and become intentionally ignorant. My house is way HUMID now after a full system install, and they just keep blowing me off. One of them tried to tell me it's because we shower... They won't put any real effort in to help me solve an actual issue. Can't get a callback from a supervisor, can't get a tech that is even listening to what the issue is. It's clear that their business model is to leave you as the customer hanging right after getting paid. Highly not recommended. Don't trust them.

  I called for an HVAC maintenance after a capacitor had blown a few days prior. The technician, Jared, came out and presented himself as a friendly and caring individual. I was even impressed with how he walked through everything that he was seeing while I was with him. Unfortunately, I believe that he was talking up how dire the state of my furnace was and was not honest about the warranty on the system (he said 5 years limited parts, the system actually has a 10 year full parts replacement which I looked up independently after he left and after calling the company who had originally installed the system). Some of the interesting strategies he used to sell a full replacement of a 7 year old system was to neg the maintenance I had done (filter replacements which have been done religiously, routine annual if not biannual maintenance from an HVAC company) and neg the original installer's work. He was honest in showing me the wear and tear on the system but was not honest about about the urgency in needing to replace it. I believe the primary purpose of the visit was to primarily sell a brand new system rather than to offer an honest assessment. Bill's is relatively new to the area and I think they're trying to establish themself using slick salesmanship. When looking at my panel, he also disparaged the install, where certain fuses were located, and encouraged me to upgrade the panel which he said his company could also do. The quote for the panel was also nearly twice as much as I had received from a local electrical company last year. Consumer beware of these predatory companies!
