  Tyler was very honest about the visit. I had scheduled a duel AC and furnace tune up. He informed me that my systems had been tuned up less then a year ago. He assured me that I could wait a few more months until we service it. He saved us money and was very forthcoming with the information. Thank you Bills and Tyler D. for the classic Idaho mentality and not being like the rest of the scam artists out there. Bills has our families business for life!

  They were incredible. They showed up on time and had great work and also very intelligent. They stood by their timelines and they also had great pricing. I’d highly recommend. They worked on our mini split and moved it to a better location which I wish the other HVAC company would’ve done in the first place. Thank you, Bills!

Their team is wonderful, honest, trustworthy, kind, hard working, considerate, punctual, adaptable, knowledgeable, communicative, and all the traits you’d ever ask for in a service provider. I could rave for days about how much I appreciate this company, its products, and its workers! They do a fantastic and efficient job, and work well as a team. I personally want to thank each member of the team I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, and give a shoutout to Obi as well for clearly explaining and showing me the details of my unit. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication to not only the project, but to the homeowners as well. It takes a truly good team to ensure we felt valued, not just like a number, but as people. We felt that from Bill’s Heating & A/C.   I can’t say enough great things about Rafael, Obadiyah, and Esteban. These 3 alone have me confident that I will continue to do business with Bill’s. Rafael was fantastic in diagnosing my A/C problem and was very up front and kind when it came time to make a decision on a package. Obadiyah and Esteban are 2 of the most polite, professional, and efficient people I have had the pleasure to have met. The level of detail I saw them take, even with the small stuff, impressed me. If I have heat or A/C work in the future, Obadiyah and Esteban will be my go to guys. I HIGHLY recommend Bill’s Heating & A/C for all your household needs. 10/10!

  RESPONSE ADDED TO OWNER REPLY: ***They only offered to send an inspector out after my electrician was done replacing the panel. They had no sense of urgency. I also asked to talk with a manager after everything and no one reached out. I did decline the state inspector after I finally got a call from Peter on Monday, the day the panel was already getting replaced. I was trying to get some one out the week prior to panel being replaced but they wouldn't accommodate. I believe it's because they send a crew down from Coeur d'Alene to work here. The entire crew that installed my system was from N. ID. Bottom line they had zero sense of urgency or empathy after they collected their $. I've seen similar feedback on other reviews. Even after this review I've still not received any effort for reconciliation.***. 🚫🚫🚫I only had one issue at the very end otherwise they were really good about coming out the next day to install a brand new system and to collect full payment of 18,500. I had an issue with the size and the type of wire they used from my panel to the unit. They installed a 10 gauge burial wire and put it inside metal conduit. I asked them to come back out and change it to THHN 8 gauge and a Customer Service rep chose to argue with me via text message and tell me it was my word against theirs and according to Idaho Code the way they did it was perfectly fine. I talked to two other HVAC companies and four different electricians and they all said absolutely not. Underground burial 10 Gauge will not be able to breathe inside metal conduit. Instead of trying to remedy the situation and work with my timeline. ( I was having a panel replaced on Monday and they could not complete the job or would not hook that line back up because it was incorrect.) they insisted on sending a state inspector out after I already had the electrician out to replace the panel and refused to even have anybody come out prior. The installation looked great and those guys did a phenomenal job but the Customer Service would get negative stars if it was possible. I felt like that wasn’t a care in the world after they collected their money. There was no additional follow up when I asked for someone in Management to reach out. I had to pay somebody else to come out and use the correct wire. I was looking forward to a quality working relationship multiple times with them but will warn everyone about them now. Furthermore, they quoted me almost $7000 for a panel replacement. I called an electrical company and had it done for half that price!
