  I greatly appreciated the personal interaction with the technician. I have my quirky ways and preferences, and the technician was very patient and understanding of my preferences in a non-judgmental way. This is a rare gem to have real personal customer service.

  Tyler came out and performed a complete service on my heating and cooling system. He was awesome.Tyler was very thorough, respectful and pleasant to have in our home. A-1 Heating always does such a great job. The office staff is very helpful, especially Jen! I’ve used them for years and would recommend them always!!! Thank you Tyler and Jen for taking such great care of our needs!!

  I want to give a happy shout out to A-1 Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electric in Meridian. They have handled my HVAC servicing needs since February of this year. I needed assistance in learning how to properly use my dual split mini system, as I had never used this type system in my prior homes owned. I sought their help again this last week with making sure my heating system is all ready for cooler temps & also to help install four replacement air filters, which are only accessible through my hallway ceiling. (As a senior age lady, I don't do ladders anymore!) Their professionally trained service technicians are very prompt, courteous, & genuinely care about doing the work the right way. I am also pleased with the special discount pricing plans they have available to their customers. I would highly recommend A-1 to handle all your home heating & A/C needs!

  This was a first for me, my technician showed up at the very beginning of my appointment and even called before my beginning time to see if I was available! My service was quick and he was very helpful in setting my thermostat for winter. He also explained some future parts on my AC unit that I may need replaced in the spring.

  A-1 is awesome, we have been VIP members for many years. We always get friendly, knowledgable help on time. Having the system maintained a couple times a year is a great way to prevent issues or fix them before a small issue becomes a big one.
