  A-1 Heating and Cooling sent a very professional technician that was very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with Gerry fixing the air conditioning explaining what was wrong and how to maintain the system. Gerry replaced parts of the unit that shut down my air conditioner. Easy to talk to and fixed the air conditioner in under an hour. It was immediate cool air and such a relief in the house to have it working perfectly. Thank you Gerry and a low cost which was appreciated. The initial phone call went so smoothly with the receptionist then to Kathy setting up the appointment in less than 24 hours. Thank you to the entire staff! Gerry a true professional and will call him again without hesitation. Thank you A-1.

  A-1 installed my HAVAC when my house was 1st built 3 yrs ago. They have been to my house at least 2-3 times each year since it was installed by them. They found a freon leak and faulty wiring. Each time they came out the charged me $150 travel fee. Now, they waited for my warranty to expire and now want to fix the issues, saying not covered under warranty. They want to charge me $800 for repairs. After I told them they have been to my house for repairs at least twice a year, they offered to "split" the cost by giving me 20% off. That doesn't even cover the cost of their travel fee. I have had different repair person out each time, and came up with something new that was wrong, and they weren't able to fix the issues. Looks like it maybe a long legal battle. Don't use them. So far they have 3 complaints with the BBB, This will make a 4th

  A/C went out on a triple digit day. We called A-1 Heating and Air after hours. They took our information and a technician reached out within minutes to schedule our emergency service. I was expecting an outrageous fee for an emergency call but was pleasantly surprised the fee plus our repair was reasonably priced. The tech had the parts we needed on hand and had us fixed fast. Highly recommend A-1 Heating and Air!!

  We had A-1 come to do a service in our furnace. Our serviceman came right on time and completed his job in a timely and professional manner. He was very good about explaining everything and took time to check out the issues that we had. When he left, I felt satisfied with all he took care of and knew my air conditioner and furnace were ready to continue running for the rest of this heat and smoke and on into the winter. Thank you!!

  A-1 Heating Air conditioning and Electric- is an excellent company . We bought our home last year and signed up for the seasonal maintenance service. They inspected our unit and have been helpful keeping our HVAC system running throughout the seasons. Last week I noticed there was water draining from the unit . I called A-1 after hours , the answering service took my info , found my information. Asked if I wanted a call back that evening, I said the next day would be fine . Technician , Gus , came out as scheduled, got to work troubleshooting. Found and resolved the leak. He was courteous, knowledgeable - explained what he did . To call if needed . We appreciate Gus and A-1 . What a great company with top notch customer service and employees . Thank you for your service. Pam and John
