  Rick diagnosed the problem with my stove and got the needed part ordered. He was very knowledgeable about my stove and explained what the problem was. He will be back as soon as the part comes in. I highly recommend Rick and Home Heating.

  We had to replace our attic fan - not an easy job! They found a fan to replace it and did a professional job installing and ensuring it would work properly. The technician was very knowledgeable and also did a small extra job for us. We will definitely use them again!

  I would not recomend this company. My parents bought a top of the line system from them that was supposed to be energy efficient. The system is Daikin, and the techs have been out here multiple times. My parents paid for 2 Daikin stats, and got 1. The techs were asked to leave the ecobee stats, and they stole them. I tried telling the last tech out here. If he would read the manual to the Daikin electric furnace he would know they cannot run an off brand stat on the second floor because the system will fight itself. So honestly. It sounds like sales knows the job, but the techs do not know anything. That means the owners are crooks for allowing this to happen. My parents power bill has doubled since they put this system in. Since I am exposing truth. I have a really great friend in HVAC. Best Bud since the 1st grade. If I said his name this organization would agree. He is one of the best of the best in the havac world. Never believe them when they say you have to replace your entire system. That is how these organizations make their money. They can get the parts for the old one and they deliberatly do not install things correctly so this way you the consumer has to purchase new. B.S. They have about a 35 to 300% markup. Apparently they have time to spend replying on these instead of paying for their techs to have knowledge. I also see how this organization preys on the elderly. A little before my comment there was another 1 star and it shows they take advantage of the elderly. Dont you people think the elderly have enough to worry about with terrible medicare coverage. Replace an older gentlemans AC when it froze. Come on now. Here are a couple of practical solutions for that. You tell the gentlman to let it thaw and do not set the stat lower than 73 degrees, Use the garden hose outside to clean out the unit. Really well to because in Idaho dirt builds up and what? Clogs the condenser fins.Make sure you do not get the fan and the fan motor wet though. A little water wont hurt but drowning you fan with water will hurt. Also a little trick I was taught. put a very mild mist across those fins outside but make sure the drain holes are unplugged and guess what will happen. like magic you help the entire system cool. Also the system outside can be chipped or wired so the homeowner can put that stat at 69 degrees and not worry about the freezing evaporator. Instead you tell an elderly gentleman to replace his entire unit. Wow! I am floored. Watch they respond to this and I will laugh, because it is all true and they know it. I look forward to the response. Thiefs!
