  I highly recommend Precision Gutters and Roofing. They were easy to work with, responded to questions and concerns and did an excellent job. It only took two days to replace my roof, install new gutters and leaf guards, and they cleaned up beautifully. Great job!

  Recently purchased a home and discovered an issue with the roof. Called in to Precision for an estimate for repair to submit to our Home Warranty. I personally met with Jon, on 6-15-26, who received this photo prior to his arrival. During the inspection he did not access the attic crawl space to view the area for himself. Jon was made aware that we were submitting the estimate to our Home Warranty. Called in this morning 6-16-26 to check the status of the estimate, only to be met with the statement from the Secretary that Jon put into his notes: “No Repairs needed, no estimate to be built.” Extremely disappointed with this company, despite all the strong reviews provided by others. Update 6-17-26: I find it amusing that you claim to have no record of any inspection, yet my wife has been called by Jon this morning attempting to get us to remove this review. Screenshot attached.

  I received a quote from Kelly for gutter cleaning and to relocate my downspout on the same corner of the house from west facing wall to north facing wall. The job I received the quote for was not completed. Gutter maintenance on two requested gutters was completed but relocation of the downspout was not. The technician brought with them only two front elbows in Hunter green. When I asked if they were going to spray paint and color match them to my existing brown they hesitated and said they would have to have Jessica come out to use her color wheel to match them. Instead of color matching Jessica called me to state they could not relocate the gutter and in fact tried the bait and switch with me after receiving a quote stating in order to move the gutter downspout they would need to replace over 22 feet of gutter now because the downspout hole would be too large to patch. After giving me a quote to relocate it, they now wanted an additional $500 on top of what they quoted me to replace the gutters in order to move the downspout. Do you try this with your male customers? My job required a B to A Converter that is available at Walmart if their distributors don’t carry that product and two A elbows. A total of three parts were required to move the downspout. It was a quick and simple job that any company who claims of precision should be able to complete. This level or lack of customers service is insulting to a Military Veteran who served over 20 years in the Navy. To try and up-sale me on installing a new gutter is dishonest when the job required three parts to complete the move, not a whole new gutter. If you want to charge 50% up front then scheduling should be made by phone or in person the date the payment is received or contract is signed. Don’t bid a job if you’re only going to complete half the work. Don’t say two weeks out and then be 2 months out. Using hunter green parts on a brown downspout with no intention of color matching is not quality work, it’s lazy. I had my site survey done the same day as the neighbors requesting complete gutter install. Yet I was pushed two months out. When I said June 30th wouldn’t work after signing the quote May 6th, there was a miraculous opening May 20th when the neighbors new gutters were installed. You want us to hire local but then you bid job requirements that are unnecessary to pad the bill or overbid your projects because you would rather work with bigger contractors and not homeowners. There are better companies that don’t try to take advantage of Military Veterans!
