- MGMichael GreenApr 24, 20261.0Unethical Business Practices Full disclosure, I didn't receive any services from Grizzly. I requested a quote, which they sent via email. A few days later however, while I was still in the process of getting other quotes, they called and said I hadn't "arrived for [a scheduled] appointment", and that I should call to get "rescheduled" or "we're going to have to... return the glass so we're not liable for it." I never scheduled an appointment! And I did not appreciate the subtle attempt to guilt me into "rescheduling" service. Worst yet, they were the most expensive quote I received! Shameful.
