What a wonderful experience with Zoom Drain! Todd came out on a Sunday when we discovered a leak behind our washer and our regular plumber wasn’t available. He had helped us previously with a troublesome main drain, and once again, he was professional, pleasant, and incredibly thorough. Todd moved the washer out of a cramped space to check the drains, then made sure the laundry room and adjoining bathroom sinks were draining properly, too. He checked everything and clearly wanted to cover all the bases. It’s such a pleasure to find someone who is skilled at his trade and takes real pride in his work. Todd’s care and integrity truly stand out. I highly recommend Todd and Zoom Drain!

We had a problem with our drainage at our house we decided to call Zoom Drain. From the very first moment they were professional, very clear in what they were going to do, and had fair pricing. I can't thank Michael and the Zoom Drain team enough. Thanks guys.I would give you 10 stars if I could! ⭐️

These guys are great. I called Monday morning for a toilet that wouldn't flush and sewage backing up into my shower. I knew of previous root problems in the sewer line and saw these guys specialize in this kind of problem. Got a visit same day and Todd snaked my drains and determined he needed another set of hands on the problem and scheduled to come back the next day. He got my drains clear enough to make it until next day. I was given several quotes for the work that may be needed and was informed of everything along the way. They got the root problem tackled today and I'm very happy with the service. Couple highlights. They cleaned up after themselves and put down a protective barrier on the floors. They gave me a 5% discount because it's my boyfriend's house and he's currently deployed. I needed a new clean out cap in a size they don't have and will be sourcing for me, free of charge. Very professional, very much recommend. Thank you Zoom Drain Boise!

Todd at Zoom Drain is absolutely one of the good ones! His expertise, knowledge, and calm, confident demeanor were incredibly helpful during our purchase of a very old home. Truly at the 11th hour before closing, he walked us through the necessary steps and answered all of our questions, completely calming our fears. Todd guided us through replacing our 100+ year-old sewer line using a "pipe lining" solution. The entire team was incredible, and they even left the excavated area of our yard looking better than it did before they started. I cannot recommend Zoom Drain highly enough. Whether you need a simple drain clearing or a major sewer line repair, they provide the highest level of service and skill. They are exactly what you want from a business!
