  From the first meeting, company overview of their ethical approach to serving the Treasure Valley and review of available options within my budget, I was sold on working with Tyler and the team at Window World. The no pressure approach was something I really appreciated because this was a huge investment for my family and the time I needed to consider choices, again without pressure, is how I like to operate. When we determined we were ready to move forward, Tyler was communicative about timing, what we needed to do to prep the space and what the installation process would look like, timing wise/construction noise/etc. Their team of installers were second to none. They were courteous, efficient, cleaned as they went - and they genuinely gave me peace of mind that we made the right investment solution by working with Window World. Thanks to the entire team, both onsite and in the manufacturing process, for delivering on our needs! I'm singing your praises to everyone.

  Window World of Boise, just installed five windows in my house. Excellent experience with staff, sale rep, and installers. Sean, was very helpful in showing me different types of windows. And, helping me choose the right windows for my home. The installers, Shane and Ryan were on time. They were knowledgeable and talked with both my husband and I throughout the installation of the windows. They did an excellent job from removel of existing windows, to the install, cleanup of the new windows. The staff at Window World helped with any questions I had about delivery, and helped with scheduling. Thank you Window World of Boise!

  I was quite pleased with the service tech, Augustine, his work ethic and efficiency was quite impressive. Did a great job with our window installations. Toni, in the service office, was extremely helpful answering my questions and cooperating with my time schedule. A real customer oriented company. Remember discounts are offered if you refer friends and neighbors to Window World and they use their services.

  I called 7 different window companies in The Treasure Valley, and Window World was the only company to respond right away, and the only company to give me a quote during the initial visit. They were by far the most courteous and didn't try to upsell me. I will definitely use them in the future.

  It’s been about two years, and I just realized I never wrote a review for Window World after they installed new windows in our 1996 home! Sean and Shane were great to work with, and they completed the entire installation in just one day. We really appreciated that they worked with our budget and gave us the option to choose which rooms would get the thermal glass. The backside of our home gets tons of sun, and we’ve definitely noticed a big difference in those rooms! Another thing we really liked was that they didn’t have to rip off the existing trim to install the windows, and they left everything clean when they were finished. We’re now looking to replace our patio door, and we’ll definitely be going with Window World again! Highly recommend them!
