  Very pleasant employees that installed all windows. They were courteous of my property. Very careful and cleaned area after each install. I was given good directions of how to lock and unlock each windows. I really enjoyed working with the sales representative and plan on using him when buying new doors in the future.

  As 1st time homeowners we really wanted to have a good experience with this company that Kevin Miller speaks so highly of. Unfortunately our experience was less then good for us. The salesman was not transparent and somehow we ended up with 2 distinctly different style windows. We have a up and down style and then side to side as well. When we pointed out our concerns with the end result of the job we were met with reactionary and dismissive responses. Based on the unsatisfying reactions of the company we decided to not have them come back to our house. We do not cater to conflict or negativity. We are a humble household with less then 10 windows. I've read through the reviews from the rich folk here that seem to be happy with the level of service received. In our opinion and observations this company will treat you better the richer you are. In summation we waited well over 2 months for the whole process and then when the mismatched windows arrived the install was done in less then 4 hours. Observe the large gaps and visible screws left. This is what 5k buys you these days. If you are a 1st time homeowner on a budget we suggest based on our experience and in consideration of the service rendered to look elsewhere. Part 2/window #2 While we did not receive the results and response one would expect from a local veteran owned company we did establish some context. We reviewed 1 window of 4 so far. The owners response earned them a reduction in stars but don't worry they will have a chance to respond and earn more stars as we move along. Let's get down to the nittty gritty shall we? Away we go. The owner acknowledged they have recorded evidence of all messages and calls on the last response. If you pay attention to the part where we expressed concern with the border pieces of the windows being uneven and covered with a messy caulking job you will see the salesmans response which is where you lost my trust and we are no longer playing by your rules where you come out and fix it again. The border pieces we learned AFTER the installation are called j hooks and the salesman stated he quoted replacing them all but we didn't want to because of price. This is not true at all and is the exact moment where we decided we will no longer have your company come back to our house. Show me the dates quote if it's true. The response was reactive and offensive. If the calking repairs are so easy why were so many errors made? Observe the misaligned corners and awful caulking mess on window #2. We eagerly await your response and then we can continue the 4 part series on the quality of window world

  After many estimates, I am so happy I chose Window World. No pressure sales and the installation was sooner than expected. The installer did an exceptional job. The whole team made the process flawless from start to finish. I will be contracting them to install new window in the future.
