  They were very kind and efficient. They were happy to answer my questions. I am so grateful for those who have the skills that aren't in my wheelhouse that solve emergencies so quickly and efficiently.

  The previous work on my toilet was done by a handyman who wasn't so handy! Tim and George arrived on time with smiles on their faces ready to work. The prior work had installed the wrong guts on my Gerber toilet so problems ensued. Tim recommended new guts for the toilet and a new water supply line. George went to the truck and returned with all the parts and they went to work. I think it took around 20minutes to complete the job. The work area was clean, and my toilet is flushing away. Tim also took the time to explain what they had done and thank me for choosing Treasure Valley Plumbing and Drain Service. George added that if I had any issues just give them a call. With a smile and a Have a Good Day they were off. I could not be more pleased. Treasure Valley Plumbing and Tim and George have shown me that in Payette Idaho the American work ethic is alive and well. They also have a wonderful lady who answers the phone. I don't know her name but she's great. Thank you Tim and George

  Tim with Treasure Valley Plumbing & Drain Service did a solid job replacing all 3 of our exterior home spigots. It wasn’t a cakewalk as he had to cut into the drywall to access them. I greatly appreciate that he did this with care and seemed to keep the holes as minimal as possible. He was timely and called before he came out and he got right to work when he got here. Tim also did some preventative maintenance to a shower faucet that has been leaking & it is working perfectly now. I received the bill today & feel that it’s very reasonable for the work that was performed. This is the third or fourth time I’ve hired Treasure Valley Plumbing. Again, they did not disappoint & will remain my plumbing company of choice. Highly recommend!

  Excellent work with many different projects. The plumber was very efficient with his time use, i.e., worked on other projects while the water heater was draining. Courteous and professional.
