  Jim was absolutely the best! Prompt is an understatement! He offered to come earlier than the scheduled time which is awesome. He explained what needed to be done & let me know up front the cost. No surprises! The work was completed quickly & he went above & beyond cleaning up and left the area in much better shape than when he arrived. I highly recommend this company. And…..they come on a Saturday, no extra charge!

  Jim Colburn came out to give an estimate on a tankless water heater and a water softener. He did that, but also identified a pipe leak and repaired it on the spot (it was also behind/in between a water and furnace, frankly I'm not sure how was able to get to it without pulling one or the other out - but he did and it looks great and most importantly is dry). He was fast, courteous, and did not try to upsell me. Would, and will, use again.

  If I could give Jim and Master Plumbing more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! What started as what we thought would be a simple plumbing issue quickly turned into something much bigger, but Jim handled everything with incredible professionalism, patience, and compassion from beginning to end. He arrived early on a Saturday morning, communicated with us every step of the way before he even arrived, and immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. Jim was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right instead of just rushing through it. It's rare to find someone who combines such outstanding technical skill with such genuine kindness. One of the moments that really stood out to us had nothing to do with plumbing at all. Our cat was pretty shaken up by everything that was going on, and Jim actually sat down on the floor to comfort her and make friends with her. That simple act spoke volumes about the kind of person he is. It showed a level of compassion and character that you just don't see every day. Master Plumbing should be incredibly proud to have someone like Jim representing their company. His professionalism, integrity, communication, and genuine care for his customers are exactly what every service company should strive for. Thank you, Jim, for turning a stressful morning into an experience that reminded us there are still truly wonderful people out there. We will absolutely be recommending Master Plumbing to everyone we know and won't hesitate to call again for any future plumbing needs!

  We needed a new water line ran to our refrigerator at our new house. Jim was on time and not only installed the line but cleaned up a few items the previous owner left us. He is so knowledgeable and was completely transparent with pricing. He was great!

  Jim Colburn is a true professional. He was friendly and took the time to explain his findings and recommend course of action. He presented me with several options, but didn’t try and push anything that seemed excessive for my situation. He is a skilled plumber who works very effectively. I will not hesitate to call him in again if/when the need arises.
